Hi Geesebaby!

Wow I never have a low calorie day! This may change if I decide to have a snack later if I do it will be cheese. I didnt get time for the rest of lunch and dinner menu changed to a stir fry. Ended up with unexpected guests and had to switch it up. My family is pigging out on the cake I made over the weekend. I want that cake and some wine. I had a sweet freedom ice cream instead. I had some on my carb day so no more!

2 c 2% milk kefir with lime jello powder

steak with asparagus and a bite of the slaw

stir fry with steak, coconut oil, cabbage, asparagus, onion, garlic and 2 T hoisen sauce

sweet freedom bar.

Cals~ 1166
Carbs~65
Fiber~ 13
protein~98
Fat~59

Percentages

fat~45%
carbs~ 22%
protein 33%

Got my 10k steps in between an exercise dvd and daily activity.

Up 3 lbs from before carb up day yesterday.

A bowl of last night stir fry

2 servings of Linda Sues taco bake recipe

sf ice cream bar

Ended up with double my regular amount of steps with the walk, mowing and dvd. Holy cow! Surprisingly I am am not tired but feel great!

Got hungry after I posted last night. Added a snack so the stats are wrong.
