My One Meal a Day/Coconut Oil/RS Diet Experiment

Start weight 229 Monday 4/28/14.... My plan is to incorporate one meal a day (no particular time) but do like my big breakfasts! Today is Saturday and will be meeting a friend so I had my coconut oil about 7am in my coffee and will eat later today. Most of the week I had coconut oil around 5am and big Breakfast at 7:30. Was not hungry at lunch but was at dinner so I had small cold baked potato.

I am at 226 today. Loss of three pounds! Went to lunch at a Chinese Buffet and left stuffed. I was so uncomfortable after but its now six and the thought of food is nauseating. I won't be having my resistive starch tonight! Waiting to eat my only meal until lunch was easier than I thought it would be, but I was busy helping my friend so my mind was not on food.

Still the same weight. I got my meals turned around so today I will eat my main meal at noon. Had my C.O. this AM and will have my cold baked potato around 5PM. Yesterday was basicly a free day. I didn't go crazy but ate what I wanted. I'm going to give myself the weekends to relax the WOE but try to NOT GO CRAZY!!!!

Today I weigh 222.5. Eating one meal a day is definately working for me. Typical day is C.O. in my coffee and eat lunch. I'm trying to eat higher fat and protein. Dinner is usually a cold baked potato and small amount protein. So, I guess it isn't one meal a day but more like CAD. If I could go with out dinner I would, but at this point my body can't handle it. I really need to fix my food at home and bring it to work so there is more fat and protein it it.

226 today. I have been trying to find my spot . Yesterdays CM ended up being roast and salad which was same calories as breakfast. NOT GOING TO WORK! Today I am purposely eating MORE calories at breakfast so the thought of food will be like the day I went to Chinese buffet and hated the thought of food the rest of the day. I lost 3 pounds by doing that!
