Shaselai's goal to 176 by end of year journal

I figure this is probably the best place for journal since the people here are more active than the other forum i was at so here is my prelim stats and my goal:
Began: 2/25
Age:32
Sex:Male
Height: 5'9
SW: 297
CW:267
GW:176

To go: 91lbs
Goal: 91 lbs loss by end of end of the year:
90/8 =~11 lbs a month or 2+ lbs a week.
Diet plan: Keto
Macro: 70/25/5
Calories: 1200-1400 depending on activity
Exercise plan:
M-Sun cardio/zumba 1-1.5 hours.
M,T,Th,F - weight training high weight low rep if i have time.

I understand the goal might be a bit unrealistic but i think given my initial size and numerous success stories i read where people lost a ton more during the time span this might be possible...

Tracking devices:
i do use popular calorie activity counter with lots of app intergration and my username is shaselai as well.
Fitbit force

Calorie Tracking(every monday):
3/31 : 276
4/7: 273
4/14:269
4/21: 267

Today's weigh in:
4/28: 263

The good:
1. I kept my caloric intake close to what i had planned without much deviation throughout the week.

The bad:
1. i "cheated the day before weigh in by eating my favorite subway tuna and seafood salad salad and also a beef soup which i think went over my caloric limit. I did it because i weighed in a day earlier and saw the loss as more than now...

2. Didn't get to exercise everyday due to work and stuff. need to make more time for it.

To do:
1. Stop weighing every other day - easier to indulge if see good loses mid week
2. Workout more.
3. Try the bone soup and see its impact on weight loss.

Goal for May: Get below 250 so ~13lbs loss

Good:
did hiking again which helped the weekend weight loss boost
minimal cheating

Bad:
Drank Short Bone soup as a "celebration" from mondays loss and found myself at a stall for 2-3 days and even weight gain from the salt i think - no more short rib soup or soups in general for a while.

Due to busy work didn't have time to exercise a couple of days - need to fix that!

To do:
Try Bai5 - love the drink and the nutrients it brings
Try Flax Milk for breakfast.. it is supposed to be good!

Bad:
I am addicted to chipotle salad bowls and i need to fix that!
Also it seems i am losing the majority of the weight in the weekend when i do lots of cardio...i dont think this is good...

To do:
spread the weight loss

Wow, you're making great progress! I like how you're reporting the good and the bad every week. Good luck cutting out the Chipotle Salad Bowls!
