TOM showed up 2 days ago but I still managed to inhale 4000 cal today. I am speachless.
Hope tomorrow will be a better day. I need to have a good DD, as my weight is UP UP UP.

Good DD today- at around 500 cal. Hope to be out of 130's tomorrow. It is amazing how normal my appetite becomes after TOM. It is like day and night. I don't think I need anymore prove that hormones are at play when it comes to my binging. This is something I really need to find solution for.

Another normal day. The more I think about it, the more clear it becomes that I really don't have any eating disorder. I have a normal relationship with food. It is only during PMS that I become extremely ravenous. I was binge-free for 4 cycles but really can't pinpoint why was I lucky. I felt that is was my broadened diet that helped me, but then what happened ? For now I am enjoying the days when I am free from binging danger.

Forgot to check my weight this morning and am disappointed because yesterday was last DD of the month and it was a good one. I know it is silly and in the long run it does not matters. I know I had a good DD yesterday and I assume that I am 123 or better this morning. I need to stop obsessing about the scale. I already stopped obsessing about counting calories. I lost this month on JUDDD despite of not counting calories, now is the time to abandon the scale. I am also transitioning to 5:2 in May. I think 2 solid DD a week should keep me in check. On UD I will eat to hunger. I will check my weight only once a week always after DD. Goal for May is to stop obsessing about dieting and my weight. It is time to listen to my body.

I have changed my mind about switching to 5:2 in May. I will continue with regular JUDDD till I get to below 120. I am thinking of lowering my goal weight to 115, so that I can have 5 lbs to play when PMS hits.

I have been pondering why I chose to diet to get to my goal weight vs doing it slowly with hunger directed eating . I don't trust myself enough with intuitive eating when my hormones are raging. At least with JUDDD I can minimize the damage. Like I previously said I have no issues with my appetite first half of my cycle but if I were to use intuitive eating second part of my cycle it will not be pretty I have a hard time arguing with my hormones.
I will do my best when my hormones start acting up again and will not beat myself up when I lose control.
And I will keep using the scale, it is a good tool if used correctly. It keeps you inline but as long as you keep in mind that sometimes does not shows the true picture because of so many variables affecting the weight. So no more being upset with the innocent machine
