Thanks CC. My calories were low the past 2 days and they will probably be low again because I am not feeling well. This is not the way I like to lose weight though

Thank you all for the good wishes.

I had to lower my carbs dramatically since yesterday. I am afraid with low calories and LC, I will lose too fast and from past experience, JUDDD combined with LC is a recipe for disaster for me. Today I am only at about 700 cal and I am not sure if I can eat dinner Dealing with cramps is not fun and just zaps my appetite out. I will wait till I am able to eat more food before I attempt the rotations again.
I was hoping that JUDDD's anti-inflammatory benefits will help me. So far I have not noticed any difference. Maybe I need more time.

CC- last 3 days have been just eggs/meat/fish/evoo. Nothing else. Soft boiled eggs for breakfast, grilled meat for lunch, baked fish for dinner.

Today I will start adding some veggies and quinoa. I know I need more carbs as my calories may still stay on a lower side.

I have done meat & egg fast few times during the past 2 years and they always made me lose very fast. The appetite suppression was amazing. I did not had to think about eating. I was eating to live and not living to eat, zero obsession!!!! The problem is if I stayed on it for longer than 3 weeks, I ended up binging at the end and putting all the weight back on. I have promised myself never to do this long-term again. Not more than a week at the time. Right now I used it for medical reason only.
I am not trying to scare you, CC. Just sharing my experience. I have never done ketogenic diet, so that may be different. I hope you are very successful at it.

No, it doesn't scare me. I'm just playing around anyway. I don't intend to make it a lifestyle. In fact, if I want a donut today, I'll have one. (I've got 2 vanilla creams in the freezer.) But I like the way I've felt the past few days and it's a fun project.

It sounds like a sensible plan, CC. I hear you on playing around with plans. It is always good to keep body guessing anyway. Also, for us being almost at goal, it keeps us busy and still in the game. I am afraid if I stop keeping myself in the weight losing game, I will loosen up too much and gain it all back. Although ultimate goal is not to diet and keep at around goal weight. That's why I want to have cushion, I would like to be 2-3 lbs below 120 and than do some correction days if I hit 120. I can see myself continuing using all the HDE principles. I have not decided how am I going to use JUDDD in maintenance. I think most likely it will start off with 4:3 and go from there. I feel like the whole process of losing weight is becoming my hobby

I can definitely say it is my hobby. I love reading the books and experimenting and searching online. There's a lot of contradictory stuff out there, but I get useful bits and pieces from all of them, even the body builders. I enjoy it thoroughly.

I was planning a meat and egg DD yesterday, but then there was a peach and some tomatoes that were on their last legs, so I had them. Oh well. You've reminded me how great the meat and egg fast is. I'll plan another one for another DD soon. Maybe a few of them!

I am glad that my weight is stable. I am missing rotating but it impossible to do it without proper UD calories. Still working on healing my gut and starting to see a very slight improvement.

Good morning! So I arrived at my original goal of 120. Not surprised though with all the low calories days. I feel like my appetite is coming back and I hope to go over 1000 cal today. I still have to take it easy and can't jump into eating everything. I am thinking about maintenance now, not sure how to proceed, so many different options. Well, I first have to get at least 2 good UD under my sleeves before I start rotations.
