Well, I'm 246 at the gym this morning. OUCH

highest weight I've ever been.

Treadmill: 15 mins

Elliptical: 5 mins

Ab machine

Free weights bicep exercises

this is the 2nd day of my gym membership and I am SO GLAD I went back!!

I feel better already. My aim is to be able to physically be able to deal with life. More exercising to be healthy, than to lose weight, that will come as I cut down on my overeating. I'm a compulsive overeater, definitely. Dealing with that with some notes to myself that I read through the day for inspiration. I really need to lose weight, my apnea is a real problem, the pressure on my machine is so high, I want it lowered, and hopefully, losing weight will do that.
