Jo's "Whatever mood strikes me diet plan! :)

4/10/14

I am tired of dieting, but I have at least 10# to lose. I will always have to count calories, no matter what WOE I choose, so starting today, I am going to listen to my body and feed it what it wants (within my caloric allotment). Thus, the title of my journal!
Maybe there is a diet plan like this somewhere, but once I start hearing that I can't have this or that, I can't stick to it.

Not sure of my starting weight...somewhere around 139....my goal is 128#

Today I have been in the mood for cheese....white cheddar with chipolteto be exact, so that is what I am having. Tomorrow, I may be in the mood for something else. NOTHING is off limit...as long as I stay within my calories. Just going with the flow....and seeing what happens.

Hey Jo! You don't count carbs!?! I need to count calories AND carbs to see any results! I'm trying to get under 150 and make it stick - hasn't happened yet. Had a slip up with a slice of pizza the other night . Still haven't gotten rid of the extra pound it put back on me.

I am keeping an eye on them...and have done LC in the past...just wanted to switch it up. There are some awesome recipes for LC pizza...have you checked them out?

I have so many low carb recipes pinned you wouldn't believe it! I've never made a low carb pizza (cauliflower crust, etc.) but have lots of recipes. It was just a bad moment with one left over slice available and I ATE IT! Bad choice, as I have not recovered from the gain. I'll get myself back in gear though - can't let it ruin everything!

My goal weight is 128. After researching the calories needed to maintain 128, it appears it is 1400-1500. So if I stay under that allotment, I should slowly work my way down to that weight, right? I'm going to give it a try!
It's a backwards way of doing things maybe, but worth a shot.
