Well I have a few pictures for the day. I have found a new hot sauce made from prickly pear today. I ate 1 cup of scrambled eggs for breakfast with bacon and chai tea, and had tuna and mayo for supper. I am posting a pic of my lunch which was chicken with 3table spoons of chilli on top of chicken breast plus 3 tablespoons of sour cream. I was super busy today so I hope food pictures for tomorrow are better.

If you notice the avatar, I just wanted something new. I also wanted something closer to the weight I am now. The old avatar was taken when I was about 15lbs lighter so I wanted something current and close to my weight.

Today I bought a hat to go with a current outfit I have. Since it was something nicer than I usually wear Mom took some pictures and I'll upload one.

It was really motivating to see them. I will also post 2 pictures of me when I was at 292. The last one is from today .There isn't a big difference, but there is a difference that I can see.

I hit a new low today of 265.4. I had a struggle after waking up this afternoon with eating things that I shouldn't. I fought it and I'm back in control. I have
planned my food for the night and took a picture of what I'll be eating.

It's steak, mayo, cherry pepper, tuna with mayo and 2 jellos.

I have 2 pair of goal pants. I can get into them. I have a about 15lbs to go and I'll be able to wear them without discomfort.

I had a woosh today, I have a brand new low of 263.2. So I am really enjoying the losses while I'm getting them, cuz I know they are going to dry up.

Lol!! I would kidnap the whoosh fairy if I could!! I am grateful for being a moderate loser. If I don't sabotage myself I can lose 8lbs a month.

I'm doing ok. I am trucking along. I am seeing more muscle definition and I am more comfortable in my own body. I am definitely moving closer to another smaller clothes size.

I ordered a whole bunch of clothes last night online. I am excited and look forward to getting them.

When I started this new journal, I talked about saving money. I have stopped eating out and have curtailed spending. It has been paying off. My savings account is up quite a bit. When I spend money on clothes and whatnot, I pick things that I can wear for a long time.

Overall I am accomplishing what I have set out to do.

I have water weight gain for the past 3 days. It is part of my cycle but I hate it. I am chugging along and on plan.

Today I got a new printer. Back in 09 I bought this large fax/copier/scanner combo. It was a Brother, it was expensive, it was an albatross. I didn't want to give up on it because it was so expensive to buy. But I realized lately that I hated it and it prevented me from printing the things that I needed. So today I dumped the albatross and it's accessories at Goodwill. I went to Walmart and bought the cheapest printer in stock. I couldn't be happier. I am printing recipes off the internet for Mom. I wish I had done this sooner.

I am kinda in the doldrums. I haven't lost anything in 11 days. So I just have to hang on. Anyway the heat is coming. It is hitting the low 90s already. I have so much motivation to stay on plan so that my summer is more bearable than last years.

Last week was totally blah.

This weekend I have done some reflecting and digging deep and trying to get rid of some emotional baggage that I think is holding me back.

I am going to start taking pictures for accountability sake.

This is my planned food tomorrow. The only thing not pictured is the peeled burger that I'll have for supper.
