Brand New Me for LIFE Journal!

I'm starting this new journal to keep myself accountable. I've been off the wagon for the past 6 months and it shows

It's really depressing, but I'm ready to seriously make a change and get out of the 200's and ultimately to my goal weight of 140 lbs.

But... ONE step at a time and I will make it.

My plan is to eat low carb because it WORKS for me.
I also plan to incorporate some type of exercise every single day.

I re-started Atkins induction yesterday, 3/14/14 at 251.6 lbs.

Today, I'm down to 249.2 - BYE-BYE 250's FOREVER.

Now, it's time to say good-bye to the 240's!

This board has really helped during the times I've been able to achieve my weight loss goals, so feel free to follow my journey and comment - would love your support!

Thank you, Heather! Great job on your success by the way

I'm down 1.0 lb. today from yesterday (day 3 of induction)

Was hoping for more of a loss, but I'm not complaining!

Starting to feel lighter already... didn't do any exercise today and doubt I will because I'm working on a project.

Today's meals:

B: 3 Sausage patties and a Nutriblast with Spinach, Kale, Celery, and Lemon
L: Almonds
D: Will be buffalo wings and celery (or green beans - or both - not sure yet lol)
Water: So far, only 40 ozs but I'm working on it
