Food journal for 2 weeks

I'm going to keep a food journal for 2 weeks. Feel free to join me. I'm going to list what I ate, not how much, but feel free to design your own food journal.

Hi, Amy - I would love to have you join in. Use this challenge in whatever way works for you. I'm using it to keep a food journal. I started out planning to keep it for 2 weeks but I may do it for longer than that. My goal is to eventually eat low carb but right now I'm just listing what I'm eating so I can see what I'm doing well and what I need to change. Welcome! Nancy
