Julie....Oh my gosh....2 whole pounds...I think I want a bike lol... Well done...I am so excited for you.... that is a great big whoosh isn't it lol.......it has to be a combination of the way you are eating and the bike....and it worked for you last time....now you definitely have to get back on that bike lol...... I am so happy for you today....its all worth it isn't it.....definitely no easter eggs for us lol.....

Julie so glad to hear your day went well at your mil's house....it seems a lot of people have been worried about this weekend....still you got through it and it was ok...phew...now I bet you are glad you went, it sounds like you had a nice time.....and you kept your carbs low brilliant.

My stats for today, for some reason I forgot to write them down and now I am to tired to sort it out....I will post them first thing in the morning....I think both my calories and carbs were up a bit today though....I was just hungry all day for some reason, I think the rain didn't help.....anyway be back in the morning.
fingers crossed one of us at least gets a loss, but I don't think it will be me....

Everyone is exempt from "Food Stats" today! I think we all did well considering the day could have been our downfall! Now let's move into a new week and continue the journey downward!

Sandy-you will feel great when you slip into a smaller sized pair of jeans! It really helps keep the focus.

Weight 148.4.....oh my gosh down a whole pound yahoo....I really overate yesterday as I was starving....but all I wanted was junk food lol....I hate it when those cravings hit.....hubby talked me out of it all lol, what a good guy he is....can't believe I am really back in that number....definitely smiling today....

Susan I am going shopping on Tuesday lol, you look so good in your jeans and I love the colour...definitely inspiring.

YAY! For You Sandy! That didn't take long to recover. Get yourself some skinny jeans!

We are neck 'n neck now. 148 today. Back to counting every morsel. Can't give up now. I want to make this 148 into 140 -what do you think?

Susan I was just saying that to dh in the garden....140 is sounding good as that will give us room to put a couple of pounds on and lose them again lol.....I never want to see those 150's again lol....ok so 140 it is....funny we both thought the same thing..
Also at 148 I can still see fat...so hopefully the next few pounds will make a nice dent in it....

Hi Mary...lucky you being in the 70's...we actually got to 64 today, but for the rest of the week we are at about 57 ish, but I find as long as the wind doesn't blow it can be really warm with the sun shining.

Just checked what you had...lol, funny we had the same...chicken and lettuce lol....think I ate a bit to much chicken though....now if we didn't have to cook for any one else think how easy cooking would be, chuck a bit of lettuce on a plate...chuck the chicken on the plate...done.....funny....

Todays weight.....147.8 yippee....I can't remember the last time I weighed 147....probably about seven long years ago....only just over 7 pounds to get to goal...but knowing us we will want more lol....my goal when I first came on this board was to get to 148 lol....for some reason I thought that would get all the fat off me....but I still have a jiggly tummy, hopefully the next 7 pounds will sort that out.
Well my day today with dh back at work was playing in the garden but at the moment it is cloudy...fingers crossed the sun comes out by the time I have had my third cup of coffee....all my seeds are growing it is a miracle lol...I love watching things grow.....praying for sunshine today....

Ahhhhh! You beat me! I'm still 148 and frustrated! But I'll keep trying!

Congrats to You! It is awesome, isn't it!?! I really want to see a different number on the scale and I know I will eventually. Well done for you!

I really hope also that Mr. Sun peeks out for you! The sun always makes me feel happy. It is so inspiring to watch the progress of the plants as they poke themselves up out of the soil. Love it!

That makes no sense that virtually 0 carbs didn't give you a whoosh, what is going on with that crazy number....maybe you are going to get your whooshes all at once...I am confused...I think your scale is telling you lies...honestly....

Oh my gosh I was just sitting in the garden with my coffee and dogs...and what came running through the back of the garden was a beautiful fox...a gorgeous red colour....he came bounding onto the lawn and then stopped dead as he spotted my two german shepherds....it was like time stood still for a whole second which seemed longer as my two dogs stared in shock at this lovely creature....of course then the moment was gone as my two charged towards it and it ran back the way it came....but what an amazing moment that was....it took me minutes to get over it....I don't see much wildlife since being back in the uk....so that was a moment I will treasure.

point six isn't much Julie, like Susan you will both have whooshes in the morning...and I will be stalled lol....its great you are still doing your bike riding, its really going to help tone you as well.
I find between 10 and 10.30 am every morning I can't get onto this site...it drives me mad....I wonder what was going on yesterday with you not getting on.....I thought you were quiet lol.....
Well my sunshine has gone so I am off to clean.....yuk.

Thanks Sandy - I took some extra garlic tablets on Sunday, because I am trying to fight a tooth infection. I found out from dentist I cannot get antibiotic unless I feel pain... Thank God I don't have pain, I heard its pretty awful. So in lieu of drugs, I am using what I can to try to stop the infection. Trying to figure out if the garlic has hidden carbs or it was my Omega-3 that has some sugar alcohols that put me over....
Taking these out for now to see it there is a difference. Also drinking extra water...

Sandy - Sorry your sun chose to hide today. We had beautiful weather, but will be getting rain soon.

Julie - The system throws me out often also or I can't connect. It's usually in the very early morning. It's especially frustrating when it happens after writing a long entry!
