coming back to the LC lifestyle

Hi everyone,

My name is Alex and this is going to be my weight loss journal to get in shape for the marathon I want to run in on June 14th. I will be doing a Low Carb approach again and have been doing some research about my goal weight/BMI. My current weight is 213 and my BMI is 34, which classifies me as "Obese". My goal weight is to be 154 and to have a BMI of 25. I would really just like to be in shape for once in my life since I have been more on the heavy side my entire life. I am going to be starting my journey on 1/23/2014 and I will be sticking to this lifestyle from then on. I followed low carb at the beginning of 2013 and from Jan-Sept I lost around 70lbs. Any suggestions you have for me would be greatly appreciated.
