I have manged to make it through the day doing my fat fast. I ate macadamia nuts. I don't think I will eat any for a while now. Hopefully tomorrow I can stick with meat, eggs, cheese, and fat.

You too!

I am having horrible cravings this evening. They are as bad as I've ever had them. Can't stop thinking about food. I've drank a ton of water, had plenty of fat and protein. Hoping I can make it through the night without bingeing.

I made it through the evening without popcorn! Yay me. I ended up eating a little more SF chocolate than I usually do. It helped. I hate it when those kinds of cravings hit. It's like it invades my brain and won't turn off. I'm sure it's the same kind of feeling that a drug or alcoholic feels when they need a fix.

I was looking at myself this morning in the mirror(I analyze my stomach frequently) and my hubby called me skinny. He's a lovely man. My belly has been the most stubborn part of losing weight. A a lot of people at my weight can wear much smaller sized clothing than me. I try not to compare myself or get discouraged, but this belly is getting on my nerves. Hopefully the next 50 pounds will be mostly stomach!i am going to be in need of a tummy tuck! It's all just hanging there. Yuck!

Hey, cfine ! I feel ya on the belly situation. I lost weight in my legs and my belly sticks out even more now ! I'm hoping it will go down a bit faster now that I'm walking. When I finish, I will definitely need a tummy tuck. That's one thing I used to like about hcg, when you lost, nothing sagged. It seemed to flatten out.

That's interesting about the HCG. My belly was hanging before I started losing weight, unfortunately. The thought of a tummy tuck sounds amazing!

I had a girls night out with a friend last night. We went to a Japanese/Chinese buffet and I stayed on plan! I was so proud of myself. I am trying not to weight until next Friday. I hope I have lost 5 pounds by the end of the month. Keeping my fingers crossed.

I found frying cheese today. It's the little things that make life happy. Staying on plan. Doing good. I made some LC GF SF vanilla cupcakes this morning with a chocolate frosting. They were pretty good for being made with coconut flour.

Thanks for the encouraging words, imgonadoit!

I am so proud of myself for making it through yesterday without caving in to food. My mom asked me for potato salad and I complied. My DD and Mom were happy, but it was very hrd for me not to lick my fingers or take a bite. I love potato salad but potatoes definitely do not like me. They cause me to have lots of pain.I guess that's what kept me from eating it. Last night was tough also. I knew if I ate carbs I would feel terrible about myself this morning.

We have a dinner to go to tonight where the menu is set. I don't think that there is going to be much that I can eat. I know they are having chicken so that may be all I can eat. I will hopefully make it through as long as the cook doesn't make her famous cookies. Oh my!

Stay strong, cfine!!! How about bringing a little low carb dessert with you so you won't be tempted?

Good luck tonight, cfine ! Maybe you should eat before you go so there will be less temptation. I like Imgonadoit's suggestion, too.

Yes, Wish, those years do fly by. If I had known now fast I would have had a few more and spaced them out so I would have at least one running around for a good long time. On well, I'm looking forward to the next chapter in my life.

Well y'all, I hate to say it but I didn't do so well tonignt. I walked in to beautifully set tables with individual challah bread in front of each plate. I just couldn't take it. I ate the whole little loaf. Oh well, tomorrow is a new day. It was one meal and I am not going to feel guilty about it because that will for sure put me down a back road. Oh, and I also had a little glass of my favorite wine which was delicious as usual. That was a rare treat.

Imgonadoit, I loved your idea but unfortunately I can't take food with me at this particular place. They have a kosher kitchen and don't allow any outside food.

I ended up eating crappy food all day yesterday. I was so sick at my stomach from it though, so no temptation to keep that up. My plan is to stick to 1100 calories per day for a few days eating mainly fat. Hopefully I can still lose a couple of pounds by the end of the month. February has not been a good month in the eating department for me. I am the only one who can change that!

I did a fat fast on Sunday, and I was planning to do another one today. My plans were derailed because my hubby is unexpectedly home today. I can't fat fast when he's home because he eats like a horse and I have to be the one to feed him. Of course he can do this and not be 300 pounds. Go figure! So...I will do my FF tomorrow. I am so ready to get to onederland!! I have been saying this for months now, but I really think I will hit it in March. Just need to stay focused!

She has the best recipes ever!! I have made some great tasting cakes from her site and nobody knew it wasn't made from wheat. She is amazing!

It was a good day. I kept myself busy which is always a good thing. Too much time on my hands makes me want to eat. I am babysitting my best friends new grandbaby tomorrow and am so excited! I get her all to myself.

I follow that blogger on Pinterest. I made her lemon cheesecake bars once, even my kid loved them. I am planning on making her zucchini and feta fritters soon.

You have got to try her lemon poppyseed cake. It's so good. I leave out the poppyseeds because they are stupid expensive.

Great day staying on plan. So excited for my and my hubby's date night out tomorrow night. My DD turns 18 tomorrow and she is going out of town with some friends for the weekend so we are staying at a swanky hotel and going to dinner. Hopefully DH will sleep in on Saturday and get some much needed rest. I am super excited! We are taking DD to lunch before she leaves. I have all of my meals planned out. I'm eating prime rib(my favorite) tomorrow night!
