I was at 207.2 on Friday. I had a great weekend but ate too many carbs. And sugar. Ugh! I can never seem to control myself when I go out of town.

Back on track today with a meat and egg fat for a day or two. I hope I can make it through. I'm starving right now and I just ate something not long ago.

Days on plan:32/35

Had another day of meat and eggs. Cravings are getting better. Going to try one more day and then add in some cheese. I just lose so much easier without veggies.

Thanks! I will eat deviled eggs, scrambled eggs, fried eggs, hamburger patty, turkey bacon, tuna w/mayo, chicken salad, roast beef. I also drink bullet proof coffee. I get plenty of fat.

Days on plan:34/37

I am still working on getting that water weight back off. Hoping my stomach will settle back down soon. Not been feeling too good.

Weight this AM:207.8-back to my weight before my little weekend vacation.

I made it through my three day meat and egg fast. Those veggies were so delicious today. My friend invited me over and made grilled chicken and a beautiful salad with homemade ranch dressing. Yummy! It was made even more yummy because I didn't have to make it.

Epic fail today. I've been carbing out. I have to get back to reality tomorrow. Had a great evening with my DD though. We went shopping for her dress for her spring ball. Found a dress and shoes in one trip. That's a miracle for her.

Darn it! I am going to start my days on plan count over again. I will not give up though. I went 31 days being strictly on plan. Back to the drawing board.....again.

Today is Day One
Doing a fat fast. My goal is do to three days, but only if I can do it without feeling terrible. I know that I do better with no off plan indulgences. It sucks, but that's my reality.

Today I am eating:
2oz macadamia nuts
2 bulletproof coffees
2hardboiled egg w/homemade mayo
Sugar free jello
Lots of water

I am hoping to head off any weight gain from my carb fest. Also it helps me get rid of cravings quicker. I can't do it for very long though. I might make it thru tomorrow but I'm not going to get upset with myself if I don't. If I start feeling too bad I will eat more protein.

Day TWO on plan. I didnt even try to fat fast today. Just back to low carb with very little veggies. I drank a ton of water so that should help with any water weight.

Day THREE on plan today.

I am planning on making two new recipes today. One is a beef and one is a chicken recipe. How can you go wrong with chicken, bacon, cheese, and mayo? Yum! Sticking to meat, eggs, cheese, and fats for now. I think I have my resolve back.

Since I started making my own mayo things went to a whole new level. I can't imagine ever going back to store bought. The chicken I made was delicious!

Day FOUR!
Back down to my low weight of 207.4. Now to surpass that. I hope I can still get a 5 pound loss for Febuary. Being cooped up in the house is not good for me, but I am going to make it without eating junk. I have my day planned out and am making another new recipe.

Hi, cfine ! Congrats on your loss ! It helps so much to stay on plan when you prepare. Did you get a lot of snow ?

Yes it does. We are probably going to end up with 6-8 inches by morning. As you know, that's a lot for around here. How much did you guys get?

Oh man, my lasagna stuffed peppers were delicious! This recipe is another keeper. I have plenty of leftovers. I love leftovers!!

Doing the happy dance this morning. I am down to 205!! We have seven inches of snow which never happens. My hubby, of course, went to work. He has to make a delivery to North Carolina which is worse than driving here. Praying he will be ok and won't get stuck over there.

Day FIVE on plan.

Hey, cfine ! Congrats on your loss ! That is awesome ! We only got an inch or two if that where I am. Georgia Power has been going up and down our street all day so the ice has pretty much melted on our street. Since nothing else is going to fall, we should be getting back to normal by tomorrow. I doubt school will be back open.

I saw NC on the news ! Now Atlanta feels like it can pick on Charleston ! . I hope your hubby stays safe.

Hey, Cfine! Thanks for stopping by my journal. I made it 2 3/4 days on the fat fast before I broke! I should have known better than to bake sweets and think I wouldn't be tempted. I don't have that kind of self-control!

What part of Tennessee are you in? We just moved from there last year.

I wish I could do a fat fat for that long. We live in the Chattanooga area. Where were you? Thanks for stopping by.

Thank you everybody for the kind words! My hubby made it home from N Carolina!

Well, today was my first day back to work in 19 years. Yes, you read that right! I am so excited to be making a little bit of money all on my own. I've never felt the need to make my own money, but it felt nice to be working again. It's just a little part time job, but I, hoping it will lead to a great opportunity.

Day SIX on plan.

Day SEVEN on plan

My best friends daughter had a baby this week and I get to be the babysitter for mom and baby today. I am in heaven! I brought my own food so as not to be tempted. But really....who has time to eat when you are taking care of a little one? Just watching her sleep is amazing!

We lived outside of Memphis until last summer when we moved to rural Arkansas. I still work in Memphis and drive there 4 days a week. Chattanooga is a beautiful area! We used to go there on church trips every summer.

Have a wonderful weekend!

Yes I was. My DD turns 18 at the end of this month and has already started college. I need a full time job but I have to care for too many people to work those kinds of hours. Trying to find small businesses to do their bookkeeping right now just to help my friend build his business. Whatever work I get I get to keep so I'm pretty happy about that!

We went out for my DD,s birthday last night and she had to pick the worst place for me because I can't resist the bread there. I ended up eating everything and anything I wanted. Oh well, it's just one day. Back on the wagon today.
