11 pounds lost BUT more importantly you did not give in to the wine last night at dinner! So proud of myself! Just one sip to taste and moved on.
I can feel the fat moving from my abdomen, thank God.......
Visualizing fitting into a dress for my daughter's college graduation in May....
Visualizing kayaking all over the lake and hiking this summer.......
Visualizing doing Yoga to increase my flexibility......
Visualizing how a want to look when I turn 60 (God willing).....
More imeadiate goal.....Back into onederland after two years of messing around
Sticking with this lifestyle change...

Well gained 5 pounds for no apparent reason. But I'm proud of myself for not backsliding and staying on track. I'm doing an EXCELLENT job with no alcohol. I am thinking how fast May and daughters graduation will arrive. I want to rock a dress I purchased a few years ago. The shift. Need to stick with it.
