Starting fresh! Again....

I have done low carb in the past. My family does it with me. They love it. The last time between the four of us we lost over 100 pounds in six months! 60 of that loss was from myself. I have since went back to my old lifestyle and had gained back 42 of that 60. Of course everyone else managed to stay thin but I am thankful for that.

I am on day 3 of my induction phase. I have lost 4.6 so far. It truly feels good to be back on the wagon. We had went off of the plan due to financial reason. I just couldn't figure out how to get my grocery bill low enough to keep going. I have come up with some new ideas to help me with that. I want to be low carb for life. I feel great when I am on it and I am tired of being so over weight.

Low carb totally makes sense to me and even when we were not following it I knew low carb was the way we are meant to eat. It blows my mind that it is more expensive to eat real food that happens in nature and fake food with all the processing is cheap.

Anyway I am excited to be back to the low carb and excited to get some results. I am going to do everything I can not only to get that 42 pounds off but get to my goal which is 110 pounds away from my highest weight.

I am so happy to have found this forum. The tips and stories here are a great motivator for me and I look forward to meeting others on the same path as me.

I am having great results. Of course I never doubt this way of eating but like many people I doubt myself. I am down 7.2 in less then a week! I am super excited. To bad it doesn't stay coming off so easy lol. Loving the food loving the losses. So happy to be back on low carb I can't even express it. This has to for life this time!
