2014... From now on
I can't even come up with a creative journal name. :)
New Years Resolutions:
1. Stay in carb amounts, including weekends, including alcohol
2. Journal food and exercise, use Fitbit every day
3. No smoking. None. No excuses.
4. Mindful time with A.
Here I am on 1/4, so far so good.
I am going to use this space to set goals, track trouble, and keep stuff I want to remember.
And actually make it this time.
