weight loss journal

Starting a weight loss journal today.
i think it may help me with some struggles im having getting to goal.

i work a second shift job cleaning offices full time. i usually weigh myself when i get home before a shower, and last night i was at 113. i had a good weekend but i think i ate too many salads with vinegar and oil, hard boiled eggs, tuna i was grazing all weekend. i also ate some sugar free mints and that was a huge mistake. anything sweet sends me into binge mode. yesterday i sipped on some veggie eggdrop soup i make every monday and ate some hard boiled eggs. i stopped eating at 3 pm before work.
This morning for breakfast so far, i have green tea decaf with a tbs.coconut oil. i had alot of cravings yesterday, i was hungry as soon as i woke up yesterday. i try to stay under 10carbs. weekends are tough being out of routine.
i do intermittent fasting, and atkins 1972, i try to go 12 to 16 hours then snack for a few hours.
December 9 i stopped eating hellmans mayo and september 4 i stopped eating cheese nuts and dairy. that is how i broke my stall FINALLY!!!!!!!! i started losing weight again.
peanut butter was the hardest to stop eating. it was my go to for a binge. i could eat a full jar of organic smuckers crunchy in 2 days or less if i mixed it with coconut oil.
So now today im writing in this journal everything i eat and drink.
im a big water person , drink an enormous amount of water every day.
