Or something like that. I had a blog a few years ago, wandered off, am back and plugging away. My highest wt was 298 about 4 years ago, and stayed around 270 for a couple of years. I did lose down to 244 last year, but got sloppy with eating and exercise and it has crept up this fall. Over the last 2 years I have learned to enjoy going to the gym, and for a while was working out 6 days a week. Now, it is more like 3 times a week.

December goals are to get back to 5/7 days a week and drop another 3 lbs.
Second goal is to transition off of artificial sweeteners.

Our eating plan includes mostly plant based foods, no wheat, no white potatoes or white starches. Daughter is vegetarian with some fish and eggs.
