Morning Dani!

I don't trust the scale. It lies, it cheats, it makes me doubt myself. I trust my eyes and my clothing. I am struggling~ not with food, not with myself...but with the stupid scale.

I will continue to JUDDD. I'm not stopping because frankly I don't know what else to do. I'm eating more healthy. I'm cutting out extra fats. I'm upping my salad intake, and drinking more water...

I sound discouraged I know, but I'm not.

Mornin' ladies!

Ugh, Blonde, the scale is a bugger, isn't he? You DO know what to do ya just gotta be willing to jump off the edge and take a chance! I understand the reasons why you don't right now, but know that you do have other ways to keep going, if you want.

Monica, definitely just trusting the process!

Judy, trust me, I am not doing a whole lot when it comes to exercise I just follow my little videos and that's about it.

Rough end to the day yesterday. I don't like having DH gone...it's strange & weird. Ended up going over calories yesterday..felt snacky and probably out of boredom. Not proud of that whatsoever! Eh, it is what it is and I keep moving.

Woke up with a major headache today...can't tell if I need more sleep, caffeine, or aspirin Maybe all 3!

My kooky body gave up a couple of the pounds I've been tangling with since Friday..go figure, eh? Praying to get the rest off in the next day or so...I HATE the idea of going into another reward day "UP" in weight or finally getting back down to my low and then to only have it bump up again with the extra calories that IS reward day

I don't do well either left alone...I'm a sneak eater so when DH is gone I feel like I have free rein. Glad to see you're back on your way down....20's just around the bend. I did start CP yesterday and am excited to give this my all! You've inspired me!!!

Such a weird feeling to have after so long. I haven't been tempted by anything for 3 months and then BAM.. unnerving at best! I guess the best part about it all is I did cheat clean so all 'n' all, wasn't so terrible. It's just the "knowing" that I didn't adhere to what I was supposed to

Good luck getting started! I love those early losses!!!

Hello there Dani and friends! Glad you are on the downward movement again Dani! I also tend to eat more when I'm alone and no one is watching, Has to do with my hiding and sneaking food as a kid.. never quite lost that habit.

I wasn't too happy with my 2 lb loss on the scale today after 2 weeks.. but, hey it's DOWN during the holiday season.. so, I know I should be outside doing a happy dance. On these programs that have up days and down days, daily weighing would be torture for me. I give you all who do it credit for not letting it ruin your day!

Speaking of day - have a good one!

Judy, I used to sneak food too when I was little..
I don't think this is what that was about? I just felt super hungry! I wasn't exactly doing it in private either...DD17 was sitting there, as well as talking to DH on the phone I dunno, maybe my body knew more than me and knew that I needed those extra calories in order to release a loss for today?

Whatever the case, I'm rollin with it and not asking questions. Praying that it sticks and I continue on the downward trend!

Hey Judy, congrats on the 2 pound loss! Be proud of every ounce, you earned it.

Dani how's the afternoon going? I'm done eating for the day. I'm home from work and in my jammies and uggs. One more day of work this week and I'm free!

Dh has a gig tonight...poor man, but he took tomorrow off from work. I'll be at work so he has the house and dogs to himself tomorrow...I'll have it to myself tonight. Yessss.

Enjoy your quiet night!!

Waiting til it's time for dinner and then I gotta run the girls around for a bit to pick up a few things here & there.. then later it will be time to go fetch the hubbs from the airport.

I am having an incredibly hungry day today... Seriously, could have polished off an entire bag of baby carrots in one sitting...can't. get. full.
I'll definitely hit all of my 1500 calories today!

Tomorrow DD17 is going with DH to a work "meeting" at Costco.. Every year his dealership has a competition for like 3 weeks..they're awarded points (which translates into a dollar amount per point) for various things, like phone calls, appointments met, sales, etc.. DH has over 3k coming to him so DD17 is going to help him spend it all. They have only like 45 min. to do it! It's always fun and kinda nice to have backup on the things that nickel & dime us to death.. Oh and I think we're getting a couple computers this year.

I REALLY gotta figure out Christmas shopping! I have never been so far behind before!

How'd I miss this last night! Yes, like J said, we're over it! It was touch & go there for awhile tho'!

Came in around 1420 on cals yesterday. 1 gallon of water down the hatch. I've kinda just done the all high carb week instead of keeping to rotations.. my body kinda just dictated it.. that's what I get for trying to deviate! I'm glad that I had the fortitude to actually listen.

Eeeked out a tiny new low today. I am so relieved. Now I'm terrified for Reward day on Friday

DH is at Costco right now, busily cleaning them out. DD17 loves going to this thing with him.. his company provides a huge spread of breakfast stuff and they give out prizes and stuff.. daddy & daughter time..who cares if she had to actually miss school, right?

Yea girl -- nice to see that lower number, isn't it?

I am going to read through CP's 1st book again...I need to look at it more closely. I really like the idea of cycling in order to keep one's metabolism guessing.

I still gotta do my shopping...ughhh! I'm running outta time. LOL

J~ I was sweatin that low this week, didn't think i was gonna see anything and then panicking because Friday is coming fast.. now I'm afraid to eat what I want on that day turns out I REALLY DO want that number more than the food!

I'm convinced that my metabolism is shot because of all the yo-yo'ing with vlc over the years...the reason probably why it no longer works for me. The fact that I get alittle bit of carbs (all healthy) every day is helping my body to heal, I think. 2 years ago if someone had told me I'd be able to lose this way, I'd have been thoroughly unconvinced.

...ugh, shopping...

Way to go on the new low! You're doing great.

The 220's being so elusive will just make it that much more special when you see them come around!! Which will be soon, I just know it!

I'm behind on my Christmas shopping as well! I love to buy gifts, I just don't know what to get anyone this year.
