Good food day yesterday. Got my fat on and came in on calories.

Found my new low again, too! Exciting to think I'll possibly find the "20's" this week!

DH and I went and did a bit of shopping last night. Did ALOT of walking and then ended up at a Starbucks... I was soooooo tempted to get something (mocha) but I didn't. I held strong because I wanted my number this morning rather than a short-lived indulgence. I sure do love my "5-bucks" though!

Good Morning Dani (and Ladies!)

Woo HOO for finding your low! You are so inspiring!

Yeah, I'm bitter about Thanksgiving too.

I still have done zero shopping for Christmas......

Thank you, love! ♥

Ugh, and there is a slight possibility that DS won't be able to spend as much time here for Christmas as we had planned... definitely not a happy mama bear this week! I admire him for wanting to work while in school, but he's messing with my ability to mother my cubs during the holidays!

I have done a ton of online ordering for the girls--gotta love cyber Monday DS is gonna prove to be a bit tougher this year...

Did an oopsie today! Apparently I have LC on the brain and totally ate a lc meal for my 2nd meal.... today is a HC day. Oh well, not too damage done...just thought it was funny because I was so excited for carbs today and there I go eating lc..

Thanks Carol & Olivia!

Lex, I dunno...it's gonna have to be your call... CP talks alot about not "chasing" your reward day depending on what you have going on..I guess you have to either stay on track or be willing to take the potential hit on the scale at some point that week if you decide to make it a reward day/meal? Then again, it may not make a difference, either...nobody is the same so you might get lucky.

Woohoo! 220's here you come!!! Good job resisting the Starbucks, once I catch the amazing aroma of that place...game over. A small coffee with splenda has saved me a few times, but that's definitely not what I used to drink! It's especially hard with the holiday drinks...umm, salted caramel mocha.. I do a ton of online shopping also, love it! I live in the sticks so it's kind of awesome to have a package of just about anything I need waiting on my doorstep when I get home. I still have lots of Christmas shopping to do, but I managed to get a few things last weekend.

This week is looking great for you -- KUTGW!

Hello. You'll have to let me know how the dvd's are, I have yet to try those. The plan is very doable if you're ready to commit. I wasn't ready the first time I attempted it...what a difference a couple months have made!

Aw, I hope I didn't crap ya out. Try and spin it a different way and think that it's only a work party, maybe? Remind yourself that the real celebrating you'd want to do with your family. Changing things up is always a very personal choice, and only you can decide. You'll figure it out!

Ugh, I adore Starbucks..everything is so spendy in terms of calories....at least all the fun stuff is
I love online shopping...altho' I tend to get into trouble because I forget I've ordered stuff when I'm ordering other things ......that's my story and I'm sticking to it!

Hey, good morning Danielle! I picked up the Choose More Lose More book and will start to read it as I continue to JUDDD. I want to make sure I'm reading it because I'm serious, not because I'm tired of DD's, ! And no results as of lately...I need to be sure...is it JUDDD or is it me?

I am so thrilled you're going to read the book! There is ALOT of information in there, just sayin..... I refer to mine at least once a week still. I dunno how you've hung on so long without any real losses---sadly, I'd have jumped ship a long time ago! I have metabolic & insulin issues and I feel that what I'm doing now is helping all of that, and the reason why I'm actually seeing losses. LMK if you have questions and I will try to help find answers.
-------------------------------

Despite my snafu with one of my meals yesterday I came in under calories, still. Got my gallon of water in, too!
Today IS a LC day, let's hope I remember that today

Looking to start some form of exercise before the week is over---seriously, I just wanna but I really think this is part of the "anxiety" I've been feeling lately...a sort of restlessness I get almost daily... we shall see if it makes a difference.

The ole bod is really gonna make me work for those 20's, I think!

Dani, I'm happy to read this book. I know what you mean about jumping ship...the only reason I haven't is because I'm NOT gaining weight and before this I was gaining steadily.

I know Amber was talking about a 30 day/30 minute shred challenge but I would join for the 30 minutes and do my thing. like walking or stationary bike or an exercise DVD that I can handle. The only thing I can shred right now is chicken.....

Hahaha--lately I'm not even shredding chicken!

I cannot find my shred dvd anywhere--it's the 2nd one I've bought!
DD17 may have it up in her room--shredding in secret!
I will try to just do a workout dvd of some sort--let's face it, I'm not gonna ever get my a$$ outside to walk before the end of this year

Lex-- Will you miss it terribly if you skip the party? I'd hate for you to miss out on a good time. If it's too much temptation, well, then that might be a good reason to not go.

your subconscious mind must really not want you to do the 30 day shred DVD if you've lost it twice now lol!!

I really look forward to it plus i was excited to get dressed up and show off my new bod to coworkers that i may not have even have seen since last years party BUT it would be WAY too much temptation. If i didn't already have reward day plans next week then i would just go. I have to decide whats more important and i think my plan is. I'm not making up my mind officially yet though.

I know for me if ever i take any time off exercising its just getting back to that first time to go, once i do that then the next time is easier so on and so forth. So take that first step and get in some activity. even if its just 20 minutes

Hello everyone! You are all kicking me in the rear regarding exercise. I can't do too much because of my bad knee... but I have a fitness center and outdoor/indoor pool literally around the corner from my house... and it's paid for through our homeowners association fees. I MUST commit to 3 times a week at least! I do great with going to the pool and getting my water exercises done in the summer time at the outdoor pool. Once I have to bring it indoors I have a million excuses. It really IS a pain to have to dry off in the locker room and go out in the cold, etc.. But, so what??? I need to tell myself to just do it!!

We have plans today, but tomorrow for sure. It helps pass the time on a fasting day.. which tomorrow is.

Have a super day!

No! I had Jill's shread dvd when it first came out eons ago... then we moved a couple years ago and I couldn't find it.. I bought it again all excited to do it and then.... didn't. It sat shrinkwrapped for a while...then DD17 got ahold of it and haven't seen it since. I need to get my Bob Harper yoga dvd from her too--she loves that one...

I really need to do it and I KNOW all it's gonna take is one time to want to do it all the time... even though I HATE to get hot & sweaty. It's just that 1 time.......

Judy I have a gym here in our complex...but I hate it. It's got these giant windows that face out to the giant swimming pool...where all the young people lounge about in their itty bitty bikini's.. Nope, not for me. Last thing I want is for all those people to sit and watch me get bright red and drip with sweat.

Lexi, maybe you could make an appearance for alittle while and then say you have somewhere you NEED to be..to at least let people get a good look at you

J, yes, shredding chicken is all the rage, dintcha know?
Plugging away over here--hoping for a really good end to the year!
