Congrats Dani on being FIRMLY in the 20s!! So proud of you. And also WTG on the exercise. It's sort of fun, right????

Just think, in 2 months you'll be in the 201-209 range potentially and knocking on the door to onederland. That's soooo soon!!

Thanks Tyl!! I'm glad someone relates to my aversion to stinky sweat I'm learning to get over it....it still passes through my mind when I'm in the middle of working out, where I think, ugh, I hate this Progress not perfection, right?

Oh, that would be awesome if you could do the gym together! A few years ago DH and I joined one together and I absolutely LOVED it. I've had to quit thinking how big I am when I begin to exercise and just go for it.

I love that you are following your plan AND listening to your body. That's so important...it will be the key to permanent weight control.
Ohhh I am still so jealous of your bike I love to jump on there and just watch tv or get lost in some music... I may have to convince DH that this needs to happen sooner rather than later--especially now that I am on a good roll with workouts. I try to listen to my body, and try and tweak just a tinge my plan...but I never tweak anything without doing some research first from others doing what I am, or by going straight to the man himself and asking him if it's ok.. So far so good!

Thanks, doll! I'm trying to tell myself that it's "fun"....so far that doesn't work, but I just keep reminding myself how much better I feel when it's all done and I can say, I did it and I survived
Wow, what a perspective, huh??? 201.....

Good food day! Got in 3 mile WATP dvd. Rest day today. DH is off so not sure what we're doing, but I know we've got some errands. I wish we could have 1 day where we could just do what WE want to do instead of being responsible Someday, right?

BBL to post more...time to take DD to class....

I just got the book on Kindle at the great price mentioned in the other thread. I know it is not supposed to be very good for charts, etc, but am enjoying reading it.

I have a friend who started this last year and she looks like a different person she has lost so much weight. She just glows in her pictures...

Thanks for the love, ladies! I am just happy to hopefully have those 30's behind me for a change!

Stacy~ so great to see you!

Seabreezes~ I bought it on Kindle too, even though I have the hardback... apparently I can't have too many copies I love my plan, I love how I feel, and I know I can do it forever.

Oh Seabreezes - thank you for mentioning the deal on the book!!! I just got it for my Kindle, too. Although I am not going do the program just yet, I have been very interested in it because of Chris' biggest fan and promoter - Danielle. I want to learn more about it. Also, Dani talked about the beginning of the book being very motivational, and I could use a heavy dose of that.

Thank you!!!!

Your welcome Judy. It is motivational. I didn't know Chris's background. I found that interesting that he and Heidi haven't been together forever! I just assumed all the children were theirs.

Playing catch-up this morning....t'was a verrrry long night. Was up all night with DD17.. I think I finally left her room at 6:40am this morning... I woke up now because my stomach was growling like crazy and got me up!

I had a workout planned for today, but I dunno.... I'm just not feeling it right now.. maybe I'll change my mind later.
I'd gone to get some new workout clothes yesterday... I actually fit into normal sized bottoms. I couldn't believe it. Granted, it's the very tippy-top on sizing, but I'm there In tops I'm still in plus, but I think it's mostly 'cause of *the girls*

Sorry you guys had a rough night. Was she sick? I hope everything is getting better now.

Great news on the bottoms in normal size! That is a big milestone! Pretty soon ALL your clothes will be "normal".

Oh geez, sorry to hear about last night! I hope she feels better soon, and I hope you get caught up on your Z's!

That's a definite NSV about your workout clothes...that's one of the best feelings ever! Proud of ya.

Question -- are there issues with charts in the Kindle version of the Choose More, Lose more book? I was thinking of buying it since I just got a Kindle, but I'd seen some negative reviews b/c of formatting.

Thanks!

Ok, thanks for the response. I think they mentioned b/c some chart was a "picture," the type/font couldn't be enlarged to read on the Kindle. I'm going to download it b/c that price is pretty awesome!

Hhhmmmmmmm now I'm confused I'm reading it on my iPad so I dunno if that makes a difference?? I have an older kindle so maybe I should look on there?
If you need a copy of something in particular LMK, I have the actual book so I can always scan it and email it to you.

I got it on my iPad. If you put your finger on the charts they come up large and then just click on the X to close it out. I don't have a Kindle so don't know if the complaints were for that or not, but there were a lot of complaints.

The problem might have been fixed as people were asking for their money back or maybe that is why they now have the great price!

I'm really enjoying reading it.

Hope your daughter is feeling better, D and hope no one else gets ill!

Monica~ so glad you're back! Missed ya girly!

Blonde~ Hi! I'm ok...just really sleepy. I'm feeling sort've sniffly this morning so I'm praying that I'm not getting what the girls had. DD17 is home again and DD19 is on the tale-end of it..
--------------------------------

Ok food day. I had a hungry day. Ended up having Chipotle last night--all on plan foods--but it finally hit the spot. Saw a small new low this morning. I'm sure it would've been more had it not been for the meal out. Oh well, at least it was down

Overcast today. DS is planning on leaving this afternoon....so sad about this but realize he's gotta get back to his life. Mama bear's gonna have to just suck it up

Really needing to be productive today, so hoping I find a surge of energy somewhere in the next little while. *le sigh*
