Yet Another HCG Journey to the end of the year.......

So here I go again. My how this year has flown. I ordered my hcg from overseas and it shipped yesterday. I was going to wait but since i have some intermountain pellets on hand tomorrow I am loading. 6 weeks until Thanksgiving gives me lots of motivation. I am going to do Dr Emma dosing with a 800 calorie diet. I would love to wear lingerie for my bf for Christmas.

Off to bed...tomorrow I begin loading. Took my hhcg dose tonight to begin the journey. I got this this time. Full moon with a lunar eclipse is the perfect time to start. Feeling so enegized.

So started my day with a mocha breve (god only knows how many calories) and a Mcdonalds breakfast biscuit. I bought two, could only eat one. I am trying to load right this time. Mcdonalds is somewhere I haven't eaten in years....but wow there were a lot of people there. I am going grocery shopping to make sure on Monday I am ready to go with vlcd's. I tracked my rx and it is in customs in India. Hope its here by next weekend.

Can't wait until tomorrow. Trying to get lunch ready. I hate that my rx isn't here because I forget to take the pellets. Tonight is mashed potatos and roast beef. Drinking a vodka and cranberry juice which I will be giving up until Thanksgiving. Looks like I will be starting this journey at 170 omg. I haven't been that heavy in six years. Yet another reason to give this my all. I have been reading Lyle McDonalds rapid fat loss which is very similar to protocol but with formulas on how to figure out what you need to ingest and how to go into maintenance smoothly. I hope I can lose my gain weight plus some this week.

Official start weight after loading is 169.6. Not quite 170 but close enough. This morning had been an epic fail. Made my protein shake and ran out of time so had to grab some vocalist burgers for lunch. No salad no vegetable no nothing. Hope I won't be starving by end of the day

I was able to buy a small chicken Caesar salad at work. Leave off the cheese and dressing and a protocol lunch. Got home and wasn't hungry so just ate some lowfat tofu because didn't want to cook anything. I am hoping for a loss tomorrow but who knows...it usually takes two days after loading for me. But I didn't have any wine and I am feeling pretty good for the first day. My boyfriend is very supportive. He has gone through all my failed attempts and this time I asked for his help. Know one else knows what I am doing so he is my only support. Hope the rx gets here soon because I hate remembering to take pellets.

Hey Time! I am a HCG virgin We we must be twins. . .I am 5'2" and weight R1P2D1 was 169. I weighed this morning at 167. I am a long time low carber and typically go to low carb when I need to drop a few pounds but decided to give HGC a try. I am using Intermountain HCG. . .so far so good. I will be happy with 20 to 25 lbs. I realize I have only done this eating for one day but it sure does make you appreciate how good butter was

One other thing, I am also doing an 800 protocol. Author Sonia E. Russell's HCG Diet 800 Calorie Protocol second edition. They have a very active HCG facebook page with several diet coaches.

I also weighed in at 167.6 this morning. 2 lbs of load weight gone. I am super excited that my rx hcg just made it to San Francisco. Should have it by Friday. I am following a 800 calorie protocol also. I have never made it thru a full round but this time I hope to see 43 days. I totally get the science behind the high protein ketogenic diet and that is what the hcg diet is.

Morning weight in at 166. First no load day loss. So 3.6 in two days. Pretty good since TOM started yesterday. NOONE ever tells you that hcg(especially hhcg) will give you the worst periods of your life. And it will continue for months after your done. It scared me the first time I did the hhcg and I literally bled every day for over three months. I am willing to deal with it because the end justifies the means. Oh and I am deep pink on my ketostix.

Today is the start ofvlcd 4 and morning weigh in was 164. Couldn't believe it!
Thats 5.6 pounds since Monday. Very good start to this round. Got home late yesterday because of the buses and went right to bed. My bf kept waking me up telling me I had to eat. He was worried because of the low calories I am already on. I slept 12 hours. 17 hours between meals. And I feel great!!!! They try to deliver my hcg yesterday and of course every other time they leave it in the office, this time they just left a note on my door. Now I have to figure out how to get it because I am not taking the bus.

Today weigh in is 163.6. The weight is coming off!!! I have a few mini goals set. The first of course is to get into the 150's again. Hopefully next week some time. Second is to make it past 18 days which will be the 6th of November. The rest will just come. Obviously the 140s and then the 130's will be next. I am looking at a member on here who did 105 days and if I can follow in her footsteps, I am going too. Some of the members here are so inspirational. I am such a loner and it is nice to read about people having the same trials that I do. Makes me feel I can accomplish my goals and my weakness are \just human.

I am so hungry today...not sure if its the pellets or just o boredom from being at home. J is going to the post office to get my rx hcg so hopefully that will help. I have some buffalo chicken breasts in the crockpot for dinner. I am going grocery shopping tomorrow so next week can be a success. I am thinking egg white frittata for breakfast, phase 2 chili for lunches, and shrimp and spinanch for dinner. Planning is everything.

Weigh in 163. 6.6 pounds since Monday. Now that I have my injections hopefully the hunger will be better. Its after ten and I am not even hungry. I need to be a little more careful with my calorie counting. I thought my protein shake was 110 and it was 180!!! I must of been thinking of my plant fusion shakes. I am lucky it is week one and the weight is from going into ketosis. I need to get on track fast.

I weighed in at 164 this morning! I wanted to scream. In week one and a gain! And yesterday I ate less then any other day this week. I'm hoping its just changing from hhcg to rx. I bought some ptero pills and holy crap! Not a lick of hunger yesterday or today. I'm working today so I want to see how it makes me feel. I didn't sleep well At all last night not sure if its the pills. Will know tonight I guess.

163.2 this morning. So end of week one 6.2 down only three of actual weight. So hopefully this week I will hit the 150's. I 159.9 here I come. I used the h20 calculations and I get 563 calories of protein. That's a lot.

So today was my first day with no fruit. Had four eggs and a cabbage and beef that I premade for my lunches for the weeks. My stomach is so bloated because no bowel movements. I will take care of it THursday when the work week is over. I cannot believe how well I am doing. This is great.

Thank you very much. Today's weigh in 162.4. Yay for new territory! 2.5 lbs to the 150's! I may make it this week after all! I'm shooting for 18 more pounds by thanksgiving. But I will take what I can get. Bf is amazed so far at my willpower and lack of *****iness especially since I'm not smoking. I feel amazing and have lots of energy.

Yesterday weighed in at 161.6 and today at 161. Hoping to at 159 by Sunday. All I am eating is lean protein and just a little vegetables. Like 1/2 a cup or so. I have the next three days off so I am thinking of exercising. I feel great and since I am planning on doing this until New Years it would be nice to build a little bit of muscle. I am really glad the Biggest Loser started too because it gives me weekly motivation. Plus so far I am losing about the same as them. Wouldn't it be awesome to lose 60 pounds in 4 months? Its funny because it is true that this a mental game. Before I was always like oh I am missing out, oh this is so hard, and now I am like I got this. Candy isn't going to make me happy 5 minutes after I eat it, so why eat it? With that said, Jason bought a ton of halloween candy and I made him take it all to work or lock it up. At work there is no temptation, here there could be. Why risk it? There are only two months left in the year, its gone so fast and I should of done this is in January. No regrets because I wasn't mentally where I am now.

First, I did drink some vodka with Jason last night. So not worth it since all it did was make me emotional. With that said, I got on the scale and I weigh 159.2!!!!1.8 pounds gone!!! Wth!!! First goal met. I got on and off the scale three times. The sucky part is since I drank tomorrow it will probably be up but whatever happens, happens. Today is vlcd 12 and I'm down 10 pounds (with load weight). My biggest drop so far.

Today I am really hungry. Today is the 12th day of vlcd and this is exactly where I start wanting to drop off. It sucks. I really want something sweet so I may have to make a chai tea or something. i am just bored. Haven't done anything today but hang out in bed. I don't want to go anywhere or spend any money. As I said, this sucks today.

STS at 159.2 and feeling super tired today. I have to get my brain wrapped around this again. I made a commitment and I am going to stick with it. Just tired is all. GO back to work tomorrow so that should help.

So I'm at 159 today a whopping .2 since Friday. I am very irritated but am going to go to my 21 day and then make a decision based on losses. I've have only eaten protein for the last two days so hoping for better losses. Eggs and ground turkey, tons of water, and black coffee. On a plus side good energy and no hunger. I may start exercising on Friday. Something is gonna give and I am going to keep it up until I find what goes with my body.
