The Lazy JUDDDer 2

I have tried this before and gave up after a few months.
After all, I am the lazy JUDDDer...

But today I started anew eating off low carb but not going crazy.
Tomorrow will be my first DD...I am hoping it will go well.

My first DD went really well. I probably had more than my UD calories the day before... I don't think I watched too closely.

Thi is my second DD and I am hungry, but not to where I am uncomfortable. However, I ate stuff on my UD that didn't really nourish my body. I had around 400 calories of cookies and a snack size Kit Kat.

I know that when I eat stuff like this I tend to be very hungry on my DD, so I am going to try to limit treats like this on my UD.

I did JUDDD before (maybe a year ago) and I would stay in my calories, but eat a slice of cake for lunch just because I could.

I have stocked up on some low calorie foods for my DD's and plan to eat reasonable on my UD's... With treats so it is still fun, but no more cake for lunch!

Today I had:
B: almond milk latte (34)
L: apple bleu pecan salad (230)
D: ??? Maybe some carrots and hummus for under 100 cal. Maybe just some broth... I will have to see how I feel.

How's it going??? Feeling good? DD's are tough. I am one that the DD's have never been easy. I struggle through them. Some are much easier than others!

Hey! Thanks for stopping by.
I am doing fine. DD aren't so bad ... I kinda like the growling empty feeling.

So far so good... but I am at Disneyland this weekend....
It will be a true test of a DD! If I stick to the rotations (which I might not)

Disneyland was fun, but now I am trying to get back on my rotations. Today is an UD and I will start back on DD's tomorrow.

With all that walking I just had to have food!

I may have not gained that much, but I will stay away from the scale for a week or so just to be safe.

Well, I am surprised that this thread is still here... I haven't posted in awhile!

I am doing well on JUDDD this time. I haven't had any of the sleeping problems that I had last time ( I hope I didn't just jinx myself!).

I started this thread and didn't even put my starting weight, goal, or anything helpful to me. I don't know what I was thinking. Well, I think I started at around 173-175. I am now down I to the 160's (166.8, I believe, at my last weigh in). I think I may weigh myself again tomorrow morning. I feel a lot thinner... I hope to be a few pounds less than 166.... 164 would be great! I haven't been able to get below 170 for years now. I am finally getting some hope!
Well, we will see in the morning ... But I won't get down if I haven't lost more... I feel great and that counts too.

After another crazy weekend at Disneyland I got back on track. I am trying to figure out how I am going to eat. I still eat a bit to much on UD's or just not great food.
My DD's are always good. I just have to get my UD under control.

Thanks Jenn, but I fell off today ...
My DD became a UD, but I don't regret it. I really felt like I needed it today. Horrible day.

I can't believe this thread is still here... Well, I didn't call it the LAZY JUDDDer for nothing! I can't even take the time to talk about my journey.
Maybe I should have called this the Busy JUDDDer... I am really more busy than lazy.

Anyway, I am doing ok with JUDDD. Still figuring things out. I started in October, but I have had long periods of being off my rotations. I am committed to JUDDD for 2014. The last time I tried this WOE I quit soon after the holidays. I just could not get back into the rotations.
But now I am doing even lower DD's then the last time and feeling just fine.
The first time I did 500/1900 ( or something close to that)
Now I am doing 360 for my DD and 1700 something for my UD. I don't really count my UD's (maybe that is where the lazy fits in!). But I count everything on my DD.

I haven't weighed myself since December 2013... I do t plan to until February for the end of a challenge I am doing. However, my clothes are still mostly loose (varies by the week) and people keep asking me if I have lost weight. So that is a good sign. I haven't been a good JUDDDer lately, but I had some sort of "click" go off today in my head. Maybe I am now ready to get serious with JUDDD.
Well, tomorrow is a DD so we will see if this new found mindset stays with me.

Still doing my thing... UD today.
Yesterday was a challenge. But I did well. Came in at 355 for the day.

I had:

Whole bag of steamed broccoli/cauliflower (105)
Frozen meal (250)

Everyone at work had burritos ... It was soooo tempting, but I stayed strong!
Going to Monterey on Sunday so I want to stick to a good DD tomorrow.
We always stop at Bubba Gumps when we are there!

Hey LCL, are you still JUDDDing? I'm not at the moment, but I plan to start again in April. Hope all is well in your world!
