LOVE that!! (unless you can't afford to replace them)... I always have all the smaller sizes stored away... love taking out a new smaller size box & stashing away the bigger ones! Always have to buy a few new too... be sure & get measured when you get a new bra... I had the hardest time finding one that fit... its not just the rib-line that changes...
Hope you enjoy your sleep...

WOE: Eating less than 20 carbs a day
Start Date: September 13, 2013
This friday, a group of us are all going to a Burlesque show. I have never been to one. My sister set it up. All women, about 20 of us! My aunts, cousins, friends, everyone is going. I am hoping that last week stays in my mind and helps me stay true to my guns. I am not easily peer pressured, so that isn't a problem. The problem is when me, myself and I decide to have just a little bit. They are all going to be drinking, so I will be limiting myself to two absolute and sodas with a lime. They are one carb each with the lime. That is, if I even drink. It's only Wednesday right now, but I really don't drink often, and lately I have been having more, and maybe I just won't want to drink Friday night. Right now, having a cocktail is the furthest thing from my mind.

Oh thanks! I somehow missed your answer. Will look for them next store-trip.

Thanks Gail, I'm not sure if Netrition has a Canadian store... will have to look into that.

Yesterday
B~shredded scallion lime chicken w/lc bbq sauce, sharp cheddar cheese in lc tortilla
L~Gyro w/all the fixings, no bread, 5 buffalo ranch wings
S~2 clouds
D~Pizza w/spinach artichoke dip as sauce, topped w/ chicken, green onions and mozzarella
S~jello w/redi whip, 1 cloud

That pizza last night was amazing. I was craving pizza so badly, but glad I could wait for the crust to bake first! TGIF's frozen spinach artichoke dip is 2 carbs per serving. I used about 1 1/2 servings for sauce. OMG>

This morning, I have some corned beef and swiss. Tore the piece of swiss into 4 pieces, and layered very thin corned beef, swiss, repeat into a pile. Fried it up in coconut oil. Then made some "thousand island" to go with it. A little mayo, a little dill relish, a little sf ketchup and splenda. Getting ready to take a bite into my "corned beef burger" as soon as I am done typing I have today and tomorrow off from work. Hope everyone has a fantastic day today!!!

I bought citrucel, sugar free, today. I tried to drink it, but it tasted so sour that I had to add a splenda packet to it. Now it isn't too bad to drink. I hope this gets things moving in the right direction.

I eat some veggies, and a lot of fat, but for some reason, I haven't had a proper movement in days now. I am getting desperate lol.

It is so beautiful looking out today. But quite chilly. I look outside and once again my yard is full of leaves! Doesn't even look like we did any damage just two days ago. It rained all day and night yesterday and I think that is why so many have fallen again. It's so pretty to look at.

Try a double dose of magnesium vitamin. I normally take one tab with a multivitamin, but when I am backed up, I will take two in the morning and by afternoon I am good.

Tonight the boys wanted to make some of those damn peanut butter cookies again. The smell was driving me crazy!! So, I decided to create my "own" peanut butter cookies.

1 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup Ideal brown sugar substitute
1/2 cup Ideal sugar substitute
1 teaspoon caramel davinci syrup
1 large egg, lightly beaten
Generous sprinkle of almond flour
Coarse sea salt, for sprinkling

Directions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Combine peanut butter, sugars, syrup, flour and eggs. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto cookie sheet. Dip a fork into sugar substitute and press into each cookie. Sprinkle w/ sea salt. Bake 8 minutes. Made 34 cookies.

These are small, but really cured my fix. Three little cookies hit the spot!!! Carbs came to 2.2 per cookie, with .7 fiber per cookie. So two cookies is about 3 net carbs.

Hope you get things moving... magnesium was working for me... till I switched to Primal, leaving out the oat bran. I'm attempting to follow their recommendations now, leaving out the fiber & increasing the fat... we'll see. Had to resort to herbal lax.

Yesterday
B~5 thin slices of corned beef, layered w/ 1 slice swiss cheese and homemade thousand island
L~3 slices of leftover pizza
S~3 sf russell stovers candies, 1 jello w/redi whip
D~3 lc tortillas stuffed w/ braised pork shredded in lc bbq sauce
S~1 cloud, 3 cookies
S~3 cookies
S~1/4 c dreamfields pasta w/ butter salt and pepper

So, you can see I sort of overate yesterday. I threw the cookies away this morning. I know I went over 20 carbs, but definitely not more than 50. This morning, those cookies just didn't look as appetizing, and personally, I didn't need them. They helped me through a pinch last night, and that was good. Wondering why I am having these cravings again. Maybe because I cheated last weekend? Did it reset my mentality to open that door up again? I went almost two months with nothing even coming close to tempting me. It's frustrating. I will just have to be vigilante and be aware so I can nip it in the bud before it gets too far along.

On September 13, 2013, I weighed 216 lbs.
My neck was 14".
My upper arm 14 1/2".
My wrist 6".
My bust 43 1/2".
My rib cage underneath my bust 38".
My waist 39".
My stomach 43".
My hips 47 1/2".
My upper thigh 25".
My knees were 14 1/2".
My ankle 9 1/2".

On November 8, 2013, I weigh 187.6 lbs!
My neck is 13".
My upper arm is 12".
My wrist is 6".
My bust is 40 1/2".
My rib cage under my bust is 35 1/2".
My waist is 35 1/2".
My stomach is 38 1/2".
My hips are 44".
My upper thigh is 24 1/2".
My knees are 15".
My ankles are 9".

Lost 21 1/2" and up to 28.4 lbs!!! So, seems like I gained a few inches this past week. Maybe due to all the extra food I ate yesterday, retaining salt and/or water? BUT...even with the cheat, I still lost weight this week

Okay, one more thing. I have three close friends going to the Burlesque show with me tonight. So, instead of going to my aunt's house for drinks and food beforehand, which is about a 45 min drive away, I am hosting at my house for my three friends, then meeting everyone downtown for the show. I have decided to make chorizo/shrimp bites, cucumber topped w/ cream cheese and lox and chives, jalapeno poppers and crab stuffed mushrooms. I am also getting a small bottle of vodka. It was funny, I had to tell my children this morning because they are not used to 1. people coming to our house like that 2. me drinking around them. It will be an odd combination

It was such a fun night AND...I stayed on plan My friends did order MORE appetizers at the show, but I only had a little bit of sauteed calamari. I was already pretty full from the amazing appetizers I made at home!! So much fun, and now I am exhausted.

More pics of last night

My cousin Sarah and I.

Me, Myrna, Daniell and Sarah S.~the friends I told you came to my house first.

Part of our group, I'm leaning against the wall. We had a total of 21 girls show up!!

I can't help posting...we had so much fun last night I had to work tonight, and ended up leaving early because I was so frustrated with the night. I never do that so my manager asked me if I wanted to leave instead of closing. I appreciated that. LONG day today. I will say that last night, the mixed drinks at the bar were $12, while the beers were $4. So, I had to settle for a Michelob Ultra Light instead. 6 carbs. The good thing is I only had one. I had 2 absolute and dt. dr. peppers at my house before we went out.

B~roasted turkey w/ turkey broth and dreamfields rotini noodles
S~cloud
L~dt dr pepper topped w/ hwc (It wasn't as good as I was thinking it was going to be, but it did fill me up)
D~handful of spicy pork rinds dipped in heluva good french onion dip, two steakums topped w/ mozzarella, mushrooms and lc bbq sauce

Tomorrow I have the first Sunday off in over a year. I can't wait to start having Sunday dinners again. I don't know what I am making for dinner yet, but I know it will be roasting in the oven all day long and the house is going to smell yummy

I am thinking about making ribs Now that I have lc bbq sauce...oh, oven roasted ribs sound delicious. AND...someone mentioned on another board about mixing spinach w/ alfredo sauce to make creamed spinach. While my boys won't eat it, I WILL!!! I think I might make a small portion of that today too. Oh yum. Sunday Funday. AND...it's a little nippy out, but if it doesn't rain, we MUST go out and do the leaves again. I can't even see my walkway lol. Everybody enjoy your Sunday!!!

Ribs...so very yummy. Bon appetit. We're having them for dinner too. My husband prepares them with a spice rub and then smokes them in the Weber grill with hickory chips. This is one of the things I love most about the LC WOE: I can now enjoy so many delicious things like bacon and ribs that for decades were forbidden to me because my approach to diet was completely low fat/no fat. What a delight this new approach is proving to be.

I am so glad you had such a wonderful night at the show! Sounds like it was amazing. Your Sunday rib day sounds Yummy! I haven't had ribs in a very long time. We are having pork steaks today. Haven't determined how I am cooking them yet though. Usually I do the pork roast, but none left in the freezer.

Just finished eating those wonderful ribs. What an incredibly delicious dinner. I'm sure yours were equally tasty. I told DH that the ribs tasted so good I'd just as soon have them again on Thanksgiving instead of our traditional turkey. I was serious too but I don't think he'll be willing to break from tradition.

PS love your
new profile picture...it's the one I found so lovely when you first posted it.

Good for you! Wow, that's lots of leaves! Big yard? or just lots of trees? Does the garbage man take them all? I've seen what a problem extra bags are in cities... (we don't have garbage service out in the country).
I love that picture of you too.
