Oh my, fresh corn, my favorite!! I cooked for my family yesterday, but didnt eat it. I have to be careful with corn. I have eaten it once this summer though. Keep up the good work.

well I weighed myself today and still holding out at 244 I was hoping to be down 2 pounds but that's ok - still happy I didn't gain. I'm back to work Tuesday and back to my regular menu of eats (not parents food) so should help out with the weight.

Lets see

Friday I went for that long walk outside...was about 3 miles and I was so achy afterwards. I hope when i come back in September I'll be able to do the walk and be less winded and achy afterwards

Yesterdays menu included coffee with cream and left over steak with veg, lunch was 3 chicken fingers with some franks red hot sauce and dinner included homemade ribs with dry rub and coleslaw. A no sugar added treat to end the night.

Today's menu will look something like this

B: Bacon and eggs
L: Leftover ribs and slaw
D: potroast with mixed vegg

Hope everyone is doing well

Well back to the grind and hopefully back to losing...I work a buttload of hours between today and August 30th with only a few days off in between (working weekends too) This is usually when I get stressed out and binge but hopefully I have curbed that this past month. Will just try to get a lot of rest and sleep in between shifts.

Today the plan is egg whites with some cheddar for breakfast and dinner and some meat sticks with veggies for lunch

Yesterday was ok instead of the egg whites with cheddar for dinner I had a protein shake. Today I work 12- 8

Breakfast was some turkey meat sticks Lunch is an omlette and dinner will probably be another protein shake. I have tomorrow off so hopefully I can get on the treadmill again I don't think I want to weigh myself until the 16th. Let's hope I can pull a big number!

Another day of work complete..I'm on a 7 day stretch then one day off..3 days on 1 day off and another 6 day stretch after that. It's good to move around and be at work though.

I eat less that's for sure lol. Tonight I did some groceries - picked up bagged salad, cucumber, bacon, breakfast sausage, eggs, cream and some coffee.

Dinner was a green salad with some cheddar and a few all beef pepperettes.

I'm pretty sure I have gone down a pant size as I was able to toss my XXL work scrub pants and now wearing my XL. I will weigh in again on the 16th

Thanks! Work has been busy busy...today and the next 2 days I am 12-8 and then I have a day off Yay!

My diet has been pretty good..no cheats or binges. Today will be bacon and eggs for breakfast...lunch some cut up veggies and dinner I am supposed to run a supper club with the residents and we are ordering pizza. The older residents get mad when we don't join them for supper so maybe I can just bring my own and they won't notice (probably not! ha!) :P Weighing on the 16th - crossing my fingers for a loss. Anything will do!

Yesterday I had bacon and eggs for breakfast, all beef pepperettes with veggies and a no sugar added rice pudding for lunch. I did have one slice of cheese pizza with the residents at dinner (first pizza I have had in ages) and then later on I had baked chicken with veggies. I call that success in my books. No desire to have any more pizza or binge after that.

Menu for today...I had bacon and scrambelled eggs with cut up peppers for breakfast, lunch - fresh cucumber from the garden and rolled up ham and dinner will be very light lots of veggies and fish. Weighing tomorrow! I'm not sure if I have lost any. I would be happy with even one pound lol

I feel like I am being successful just for the fact that I have not binged on anything and this is starting to become just regular way of eating for me
