Thank you, Ladies!

I did better than I thought! I love the weight going down! Keep going...keep going! lol!

Busy today. Finished up some shopping. Still have more to do though. Had a big salad (DD). Lots of water. Tired though. Crowds really wear me down.

Going to make cookies with the kids after supper.

Didn't make the cookies. Will make them this weekend.

Confession time...207 is where I got frustrated the last time. I could not budge from 207. It would go up or down a few ounces, but always 207. I got very frustrated and eventually sort of "gave up". If my body wanted to be 207, fine. Then, of course, I slipped back into bad habits and the weight crept back up.

So, here I am, once again at 207. I have been here for a few days now and it is starting to frustrate me. I know weight loss will slow, but I'm not ready for it to slow yet! I want to be closer to goal and I am nowhere near that yet!

Please keep your fingers crossed for me that I will see 206 soon! I keep thinking this is just a plateau and that once I get past it I will start losing steadily again, but sitting here at this number is starting to get on my nerves!

Jenn, just remember that 207 is a block that's only in your mind. Your body doesn't care. Even if it is a bit of a set-point, you can overcome it. I have the feeling you'll fly on by it with no problem. And you're getting so close to Onederland!

Thanks, Carol! Onderland is definitely in sight!

DW:206.4 (-1.0)

New low!

A total of 10.8 pounds gone since 12/9!

I am so excited I cant stand it! I even had a little chocolate yesterday! There was one of those edible arrangements in the office and I knew I should just eat the plain fruit, but I ended up having a chocolate covered apple slice, three chocolate covered strawberries, and a plain piece of cantaloupe. It was all delicious!

Breakfast was two whole (four halves) deviled eggs and supper was a salmon fillet.

Taking the kids to see Santa this afternoon. I am hoping they ask for the same things as last year...they all told him whatever he brought was fine. If they ask for something specific, I'm screwed. lol!

DD today for me too. Not hungry right now, so hopefully I will just stay on track and keep going down in numbers!

Thank you ladies so much!!!!

It's been a bit difficult some days, but mostly I am enjoying the weight being evicted! So much so that it doesn't bother me to see other people eating food I can't have. I don't even want it now.

I will admit to having a slight craving for chocolate today. Don't know if that's from the chocolate I ate yesterday or what. But so far, it's been a true DD. I've just had water!

Boy am I loving seeing that number go down!

I mentioned this on another thread, but I'm a bit worried about Christmas. Both Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.

I know what I will be eating Christmas Eve (which will be a DD), and I'm not worried about it. It may be a bit higher in what I'm used to (and has butter!), but it's crab. Christmas Day I am having some turkey and a spoon of stuffing, a spoon of green bean casserole, and a few treats.

I'm just so worried I'm going to gain, especially since I will be eating some things that I normally don't. I know that any gain shouldn't take long to lose, but I really, really, want to make my December goal and if I keep going the way I am, I know I can do it. Ugh!

Wow! Another great weigh-in number! You're the Holiday champ!

I hope you will allow yourself to enjoy eating on Christmas, and not just have a tiny taste of a few things. That really is one of the freeing things about JUDDD. I know your end of year/month goal is important too. But you don't want to set yourself up for feeling disappointed and unsatisfied. And yes, you may gain a little (I know I will!). But it will come off and you'll be set to roll again. Just my two cents.

Carol, that's what I keep thinking...but I'm so close to my December goal...lol. Trust me! I will be enjoying myself with what I listed. Unfortunately, my mom is making a lot of things that I can't eat (ham, roast, corn pudding), not because I don't want to eat them, but because they don't agree with me. In fact, I'm making the turkey just to have something to eat! lol!

I did forget though, that I'm making deviled eggs and MIL is making mashed potatoes. I will be eating both! (Haven't had mashed potatoes in weeks!)

Oh good! I'm so glad you won't be depriving yourself! I'm already thinking about all the good food, and I basically give myself a free day - two actually! But then, I'm not going to weigh again until AT LEAST mid-January, if not the end, so I won't know the damage done!

Doing a happy dance over here! lol! I'm so close I can taste it! So close that I think if I enjoy myself on Christmas like I plan, that I should have no problems reaching my December goal of being in Onederland by December 31...at least I hope so!

DD today. Hoping to make it 0, but it will most likely be about 50 (or slightly less) with a big salad.

Thanks, Carol! I can't even tell you when I weighed this amount. It's been a long, long time...

Ended up having two hard boiled eggs and 60 calories of pistachios. So, not too bad.

I'm just so excited! lol!

I need to lose 3.7 more pounds to be at 199.9. I am cautiously optimistic that I can do this before December 31, although I am already expecting a gain on December 26. lol! So, we shall see!

B-two eggs, scrambled in coconut oil
L-maybe two whole deviled eggs (four halves)
Supper-crab cakes (if the rain lets up for me to get the can of crab out of the car)

Stupid scale...you're supposed to move down! lol!

I know I had an UD yesterday, so that is probably what happened. But still. I was really psyched up to see 202 and it didn't happen.

Trying not to be too discouraged.

Look at you! You blew past 207. That number is now nothing BUT a number.

I hear you about being worried about Christmas treats, especially as you have just restarted. May I suggest that you drink LOTS of water. I find it really helps in shedding the 'carb' weight from treats.

Other than that, just keep on keeping on. JUDDD rotations will bring you back into line quickly.

Here's to Onederland by 2014!

Thanks, Sirtain!

DW:205.3

I think this can be contributed to a number of factors.

1) I had a few bites of stuffing yesterday.
2) My supper was fairly rich.
3) I'm pmsing like mad.

I don't think I'm going to see Onederland before 2014. I'm going to try hard though. I am right back to strict rotations tomorrow and hopefully I will be close. I don't know how much TOM will interfere with loss though.

Not nearly as bad as I thought it would be, considering I enjoyed myself yesterday. I had stuffing, green bean casserole, a roll, butter, mashed potatoes, turkey, two peanut balls, several mints, a homemade peppermint pattie, a Spritz cookie, a piece of peppermint bark, and a piece of fudge. And some pistachio's. Oh, I also had a piece of raspberry coffee cake and some cantaloupe.

Back at it today with a DD. Perhaps there will be a small woosh in my future? Like when I first started and lost three pounds the first day? I would be okay with that. lol!

Had a wonderful day yesterday. Seeing the kids faces light up as they opened gifts was so worth everything. They loved it all and were so appreciative.

Santa was even good to me...I must have been extra good or something. lol! I got: a really cool Dalek t-shirt, Dalek and TARDIS salt and pepper set (I collect s&p shakers), a pool table s&p shaker, Santa s&p shakers, Wizard of Oz s&p shakers, an awesome spice rack, a beautiful navy blue shell with matching overshirt, Ree Drummond's new cook book, a set of Temp-tations cooking and serving dishes, and a bunch of little stuff.

All in all, a super day. Already looking forward to next year!

Sounds like a haul! I take it you must be a Doctor Who fan? David Tennant, Matt Smith or another?

Carol, yes! I love Matt Smith, but have a soft spot for Tennant too. They both had really interesting, well written story arcs. Did you watch the Christmas special?

DW: DNW as I overslept

However, TOM showed up yesterday, which puts my 206 from yesterday into perspective. My DD wasn't that great either. I did fairly well until supper, when we went out to eat. DH wanted Mexican so that's where we went. I ate entirely too much and everything I ate was a big NO for me. Still feeling the effects today and I'm so not hungry. Need to get back on track with my rotations though as I want Tuesday to be an UD (New Year's Eve).

I am getting back on track with my eating today though, even with TOM around!
