Still busy...DH had a surgical procedure yesterday. Middle School Back to School night tonight. *yawn* Have to take DH to a Dr appt today too. House is a wreck because I haven't been home. Going to try and get some things done today!

DH had a procedure last week and had complications today. Everything is fine now though, thankfully.

Lots going on this week. Thought it was going to be slow, but no such luck.

I *think* the craziness may be slowing down a bit...at least, I hope so!

I've gained about 5 pounds back of what I lost. I know why...now to get them back off!

Changing up my diet just a bit. I do better when I have a plan, but I like quick and easy, grab and go stuff. At least for breakfast. Lunch I don't mind fixing (but I've gotten bad about it) and I always have supper plan.

So, trying some new stuff to see if it helps get me back into the groove. Still not eating meat a whole lot (only when it sounds good), but need to up my fish. Still mostly staying away from grains.

We may be going on a trip in May or June so I really want to try and get some of this weight off. My goal right now is to lose 21 pounds by the end of December.

Here we go!

Going on then trip is a good motivator! I am sure you can do it, Jenn!

I find meal planing very essential. If I don't have food ready when I am hungry, I know I am in trouble.

Didn't weigh this morning because TOM is here. Joy. I want to get away from weighing every day anyway, so I will just weigh next Monday.

Today's Plan (UD)

B-1/2 cup rice cereal
1/2 cup milk
banana

L-Salad
Fish

S- Vegetables

snack (if needed)-granola bar

That's the plan...not sure how it will play out. Going out with MIL and not sure if we might stop somewhere for lunch.

So far, so good. Ended up going out with MIL and we went to Panera for breakfast. I had already eaten my cereal, but it was almost after 10 when we went. I had eaten my cereal around 7, so I was hungry. Ended up getting a spinach and artichoke soufflé thing and called it lunch. Then when we got home around 1 I had a granola bar. Forgot there is Court of Honor tonight for oldest boys scout troop. There will be lots to eat there. Going to enjoy, but hopefully not overdue!

Ugh! I ate way too much last night...not really, but it was a bunch of stuff I don't usually eat. My tummy was not a happy camper last night! Very ready for my DD today.

I forgot that it's the 1st. What does that mean? Well, going out to breakfast with my MIL and my mom. Am going to try and eat light. Maybe an egg? Then a potato and cucumber later.

That's the plan anyway.

Oh Monica...it wasn't bad, but it wasn't great. I had two eggs, potatoes, toast. It was delicious, but I doubt I will eat the rest of the day!

Had a baked potato with butter and cheese last night. Haven't weighed as TOM is still around.

UD today...

b-chocolate protein shake
l-fish, cut up cucumber mixed with a bit of mayo
s-most likely a baked potato with butter and cheese


I had a snack of a small apple and 4 oz black cherry greek yogurt
May have a pudding cup later. Not sure.

I got sick last Tuesday and am just now starting to feel better, though not 100%. I have almost no appetite (though I haven't been throwing up...thank goodness!). Haven't weighed at all.

Weighed the other day and was down a pound from the last time I weighed. I was hoping for more since I'd been sick, but that's okay. I'll take a pound. Been too busy to weigh lately. Eating has been sporadic and not the best, but not down right horrible either.

Ugh! I've been kind of in a funk lately and haven't been around. I haven't weighed at all and my eating is kind of all over the place. I really need to take control!

Will be glad when we move and I am closer to the gym. I will be more motivated to go then!
