It's great when the bounces keep going lower....and lower....and lower. I'm sure you'll be on the downward again, and like I said before...

I CAN'T WAIT TO CELEBRATE ONEDERLAND WITH YOU!

I would love to make my own homemade mayo, but am a little afraid to try it. I have an immersion blender, but Hellmann's mayo tastes so good How did your creation taste?

I replied to this yesterday and then lost it and was too tired to re do!

Thank you, Carol! I'm hoping it's soon!

Monica-I'm trying something a bit different. I'm going to eat just a bit and see if that helps any with losses.

greengeeny-It turned out very well! I think the trick is to add a bit of vinegar to give it just a little tang. I love it in my deviled eggs and on sliced cucumber!

DW:203.8

DD today, but it didn't go so well. I had a hard boiled egg this morning and that was good. Then I had some salmon in the afternoon. No problem. Then I made supper for everyone else (braised beef with gravy and rice) and had to try it and ended up eating a piece! oh my! Will see what Mr Scale says in the morning!

DW:202.2 (new low!)

Onderland is looming closer and closer. I'm almost giddy with excitement! I haven't been there in so, so long! I have now officially lost 20 pounds since starting my new plan on December 9, 2012. So just over a month. I think I would be in Onederland today if Christmas hadn't gotten in the way! lol! But I enjoyed it, so... I have a gift certificate for a massage and a mani/pedi. I was going to use it once I lost 10 pounds. Then I forgot about it/got busy. Thought I would use it now that I've lost 20, but I think I will save it until I am in Onederland! Just a few pounds more...

UD:

B-1/4 c almonds, strawberries
L-will probably be going off my plan and eating a hamburger. I have someone who wants to buy me lunch...has been bugging me since before Christmas...and she wants to go to a burger place.
Supper-most likely fish (if I am hungry)

Thank you, Monica!

I'm hoping the momentum will keep up (weight loss). I have no problems eating the way I am. I feel great and not deprived at all. I honestly will look at some things now and have no reaction to them at all. Occasionally I get a craving for something and 9 times out of 10 I will eat it, and then feel horrible (physically, not mentally) and wonder why I ate it! lol! I don't always have a physical reaction, but sometimes I do.

We are *fingers crossed* hopefully going to Disney in either April or June, so I'm really hoping a significant amount of weight comes off before then! There is nothing coming up between now and then that would throw me off of my plan, so I think I can do it!

Surprised after all the crap I ate yesterday. I'm sure it will catch up to me eventually! lol!

DD today:

Nursing a Sprite (which I don't normally do), as my stomach is upset.

Going out to supper with a friend who is in town for a few days. Will have a salad or fish.

Woot! I was a bit concerned as we went to a Chinese buffet place last night. I didn't eat great, but it wasn't too bad, either. So happy to be down today! Of course, it may catch up to me!
Lots of errands to run today.

UD:

B-1/4 c almonds, slice of "bread"*, toasted and spread with sunbutter
L-not entirely sure yet. Most likely two whole deviled eggs (four halves)
Supper-most likely fish
Snack-strawberries

I'm getting excited, Carol! I just hope I don't get disappointed!

Lunch was four cocktail meatballs and a bowl of cut up strawberries with whipped cream.

Ended up going out for supper for a friends birthday. didn't eat the best, but it wasn't bad either. A little too much sodium, I think, though. We'll see what Mr Scale says tomorrow!

Pretty sure this is due to sodium intake last night. I know my calories did not exceed my limit.

B-communion at church

Looking to have just water today with the possibility of fish later if I'm hungry enough.

Going strong right now!

Thanks, Monica! My fingers are crossed!

I had three salmon patties (I used a bigger can of salmon, so it made more). Ended up around the same amount of calories. Still hungry, but not going to eat. I'm not *that* hungry, just hungry. lol.

DW:199.4!!!!!!!! Hello ONEDERLAND!!!!!!!! I am *so* excited!!!! (Do the exclamation points give you a clue? lol)

Me too, Sirtain! I found an amazing recipe for breadless bread crumbs and they really make the patties tasty!

As is the case most days, after a good DD (though I was inexplicably hungry), I am not that hungry today. I wonder if this is one of the body's ways to sabotage weight loss? Thoughts, Sirtain? I will eat, but it will be hard.

UD:

b-super charged (healthy) Orange Julius
l-deviled eggs (2 whole/4 halves)
supper-tilapia

snack (later in the evening)-hot cocoa with just a dollop of "squirty cream" (the stuff in a can)

I also have that, in the mornings on Up Days sometimes. But once I get started, I rarely have problems eating plenty!

I think your body just takes its cue from what happened the day before. Not eating yesterday? I better not waste the time getting hungry. Had plenty yesterday? Well, bring it on for an encore!

Thank you, Ladies! I am over-the-moon excited! I am starting to see myself in a "new light"!

Sirtain-I still have troubles...am finally starting to get hungry though!

Monica-fresh squeezed orange juice, coconut milk, stevia, coconut oil, an egg, and ice cubes. I think I over estimated on the ice...I don't have a blender, so I used crushed ice and an immersion blender. It was still tasty though!

Ended up having my leftover salmon patties for lunch. Will save the eggs for tomorrow. Looking forward to my cocoa tonight!

Water
Most likely deviled eggs (give myself a break from fish)

Of course, I woke up hungry today. Going to finish my computer stuff and have a big glass of water!

I have been nothing short of ravenous lately. I know it's PMS, and I've been trying to be good, but I'm eating everything in sight. I know my weight is going to be up tomorrow, even though everything I ate today wasn't bad.

Sometimes I really hate being a girl!
