Hello Everyone lol So today im starting my journey.. Im not exactly doing Atkins like I've done in the past... im going to research other LC plans on here and see if any are a fit... basically i'm going to do moderate carbs 40-50 max and exercise... hopefully it will kind of act like a weight watchers type of thing I cant go over my points lol... and eliminate a lot of the junk and fast food I've been eating... I'll start tomorrow... time for a change..

Exercise Goal: 20 mins daily

Food Goal: 1800 cals daily and under 50 carbs!

First mini goal 10 pounds by 8/8/13

Current Weight 270 pounds
