Hello Everyone lol :lol::welcome: So today im starting my journey.. Im not exactly doing Atkins like I've done in the past... im going to research other LC plans on here and see if any are a fit... basically i'm going to do moderate carbs 40-50 max and exercise... hopefully it will kind of act like a weight watchers type of thing I cant go over my points lol... and eliminate a lot of the junk and fast food I've been eating... I'll start tomorrow... time for a change..
Exercise Goal: 20 mins daily
Food Goal: 1800 cals daily and under 50 carbs!
First mini goal 10 pounds by 8/8/13
Current Weight 270 pounds :annoyed::stars::dunno::down::help::confused:
