sorry about your knees. I hate the thought of having surgery, I will do anything to avoid that! this morning I am 249. Now if I can just keep going...down...not up...lol.
I hope you are below 250 as well! I have had some black jeans in my drawer for ten yrs I havent been able to wear, and now I can wear them. how cool is that!
i see that if I stay on LC the weight does come off even though it slows down after the first water-loss. I am still struggling in the evening hours, dont know why I am fine all day long and then after 6 pm I turn into a munching-monster. actually though, last night it was a lot better than normal, I wasnt hungry, felt full, and just had to keep myself distracted from thinking about food in order to make it through the evening hours. I think I will do my walk in the evening hours instead of during the day, that will take up some of the time that i struggle, keeping me busy.

well I have lost ten lbs since I started this WOE July 2nd. thing is, I had lost 8 lbs then went back to eating junk for a week or so, and gained most of it back, so I have had to lose those pounds over again. NOT doing that again.
I have added drinking a LOT of water and that seems to really be helping me feel better, feel full, and I think also is helping me lose weight. along with the walking I am doing, my lifestyle is greatly improving.
am feeling confident this morning, that I CAN get this weight off and change my health for the better.
