JUDDD Love :)

Hi everyone! I am starting this journal because I want to give JUDDD a serious go. I am starting tomorrow with a DD and I am going to do M-W-F DDs and T-TH-S UDs and Sunday will be a MD...that's the plan anyways. I was 152 pounds this morning so I will use tomorrows weight as my official start weight. I did try JUDDD in March and lost almost to goal...it seemed so easy ...it WAS easy. Then I fell off the wagon and did too many UUAA days in a row. I now realize there are so many different maintainance levels to the calorie ranges and falling off the wagon does not have to happen, so...I am going to give this a hard and serious try again. I so want to have a plan that works for me This one is sustainable I can do this

My numbers are: UD 1687 DD 337...I am going to do 500 cals for DDs the first 2 weeks, my MD will be 1012 cals ...these numbers according to being 152 pounds.

I also wanted to remember what one of the JUDDD buds said...that DDs are to be looked at as healing days And...hunger is not an emergency These are good things to remember ...

Hi Zipp!! I had a great day today...I had 2 atkins shakes for 150 cals each and had a mess of cabbage w 1/2 a chicken breast and some LC cheese...about 190 cals...so 490 cals today I also went for a walk on the treadmill and I am having some DC as I type this. I find it isn't the first or second DD that derails me; it is the 3rd or 4th one. I am not sure why...anyway, I really want to do this so I am going to. It is that simple.

I weighed in at 150.4 this morning, and I am going to weigh daily but I won't take the numbers as concrete until I do my weekly WI.

I'm sure trying Hi Zipp and Doggy!! I am having my 3rd DD today and it is definitely a struggle today...not sure why. I didn't work today so I think I had more time to think about food, but knowing my UD is tomorrow is helping. We are heading to the lake tomorrow for the day, so having Saturday for an UD is a GOOD thing

I ate 2 atkins shakes 300
small ceasar salad 90 (no croutons) 1T dressing,
SF jello w FF cool whip

Under 500 for sure...now off to have a diet coke

Have a great day!! Oh and BTW couldn't resist weighing this am...147.0...3.4 pound loss so far

Had a great UD yesterday...at the lake Today is my MD...about 1000 cals. You can do a lot with 1000 calories. Today I finally woke up with a clear head, not tired, not hungry, optimistic, finally feeling the good effects of this eating plan. It took 6 days but I think I'm there. Down a bit more to 146.6 pounds this am...after an UD?? Oh well I'll take it

Hi Zipp!! How are things going? This my second week, and I am having a GREAT UD so far... I am finding this WOE so easy...it just kinda flows, you know? My DDs last week were kind of more difficult, but I am finding them easier this week. I am now clear in the head, no muzziness...and I have energy The Sirt1, I guess I have so far dropped 6.2 pounds in 13 days...water and maybe a little fat... I am just trucking along. I have survived a fair and a potluck so far...this is a great WOE!!

I am actually doing great on JUDDD and loving everything about it...how can this WOE make me lose weight?? I honestly cant believe it...

I am into my 4th week and today is a DD...I am going to wait as long as I can to eat, then have something. Not a BPC lover I must say... so I will wait till lunch hopefully. DDs are now much easier, especially with 500 cals to play with. 500 calories seem like so many now...

I am down to 141.8 this morning...8.6 pounds lost so far

Thanks Monica I am bouncing a little bit...up and down btw a pound and a half the last week. I did just finish my monthly gift though...And I feel good ...and I don't care because I am close to my goal. I know it will come soon, and I will eat more calories on DDs to maintain. I am quite happy eating this way...I'd rather eat this way than gain weight...

So I am 27 days into my JUDDD journey...I am now down 9.4 pounds. WOW...I am a normal BMI as of this morning...I am 5' 3" and the top range of my BMI is 141.1, so I am finally considered normal ...haha. I feel absolutely great...I am happy too because I have used the principles of LC eating to get here...I have been eating 20-30 grams of carbs per day...really low carbs on DDs to keep to my 500 cal ceiling and 20-30 on UDs to 1650 or so. I wanted to do a month or so of this type of eating to see how it worked for me...and boy , does it!!!! No sugars and no flour have kept the binging to nil...so UDs are not UUAA days anymore And DDs are to be looked forward to with no hunger. I am just sooooo happy today...I know that BMI is not the be all end all for judging your progress but it is good for me today I will eat like this forever My clothes finally fit again and I am so even moodwise...no mood swings anymore. That just makes me so happy!!!!!

-10.2 as of this morning...

I am 140.2 this am...feels absolutely GREAT!! The rest can come off slowly or fast...I don't really care now, but I am NEVER doing this again from the beginning. This is going to be a WOE for the rest of my life. If I eat any other way, I crave sugar and flour and I gain weight. This is the only way I can eat...and I LOVE it The JUDDD Buds are awesome...no other way to say it. I am so content...and happy for summer to be here

Thanks Monica!! I am so happy I cant stand it...

Still down about 10 pounds...4 to go, I feel settled where I am now but I am just going to keep following JUDDD rotations as I have been and see where that takes me. My clothes all fit again and I feel just so HEALTHY!! I am not tired and I have not had the greatest sleep the last few nights so that is huge for me. Sirt1 must be working now...

Hi Monica!! Hope you are having a great day!!

This morning I weighed after my DD and was 139.6...that's a drop so far of 10.8 pounds which averages out to 2.2 pounds per week so far I am absolutely thrilled about this loss, since I am not hungry whatsoever so far, I get to eat what I want every second day...and I am not stressing about food AT ALL!! Its so...freeing. After I get to goal I am going to switch to 5:2 and see how that goes, last time I did JUDDD I got to my goal quickly and then promptly fell off the wagon...not sure what I was thinking. Anyway...I' going to enjoy my UD today!!!!

had an UD yesterday, then was down 1.2 as of this morning...?? WHA? Don't get it? I will just take it for sure...The bounce will probably happen tomorrow but that's ok, I am so into this WOE that I don't care about the little bounces now

Having a MD today...about 900 cals and we are off to the lake for the day...I am having 2 atkins shakes (300) 50 almonds (300) and a burger (180) w salad (50) and cheese (80)=

910 cals

Thanks everybody!! Had a great day at the lake but went over in calories for my MD; it wasn't an UD but more than a MD...so up again this AM...BUT...have officially lost 11.2 pounds in 5 full weeks of JUDDD! I am very proud of myself...and just happy because I know this is something I can do forever I am 3.2 pounds away from goal, then on to 5:2 I think. I wore size 8 shorts comfortably to the lake, so that was a great feeling

Having a DD today, so far 2 atkins shakes and a HB egg...375 cals so far (with DC also)
