Thanks Monica...I am so happy w JUDDD...I got to my goal weight this morning...136 this morning ....yayayayayay!!! I am so happy . Now I am going to continue w rotations for a while longer then do the 5:2...I have been wanting to see this number for so long...I can't believe I'm here . JUDDD is the absolute best !!!

Thanks you guys!!!! I had volleyball all weekend again running my daughter to different games in a 32 team tournament. I stuck to my rotations and was rewarded w 135.8 pounds this morning!!!! I am actually really nervous going to 5:2...I feel like I am maybe not ready for that...??? I think I am going to stick to what is working for me now...maybe I don't need to do anything different?? I told my husband that if I didn't lose another pound, I am happy right where I am. So ...I am going to just keep going w what works for now...

Love you guys!!!!! You are the best JUDDD buds I could ever ask for!!!

I did 4:3 first. DD's MWF with UD weekends. I still lost slowly so switched to 5:2. I was nervous too, at first, but I maintain well with 5:2. Some UDs are a bit lower, but not much. I'm just not as hungry some UDs since I only have 2 DDs.

Congrats Kim, you have been so consistent and it has really paid off.

Remember you can work 5:2 however suits you. As an experienced JUDDDer you can throw in extra healing days whenever you feel the need.

Carly...maybe I will try 4:3 since you said you still lost slowly, I am still going to do rotations for another week and see how I feel. I think I would be more comfortable on 4:3 with the same rotation you do...thanks

Thanks Marika and Cindy!! I feel like for the first time ever, I am in total control of my eating habits...and it feels so great I will let you know what I have decided, although I think I will try 4:3 at first. Cindy, did you ever do 4:3? I know 5:2 is more your thing...

Isn't it a wonderful feeling, to feel in CONTROL of eating? I spent so much of my life completely out of control with eating and WORRYING about eating! I would often wonder if ANYONE thought about food and what they should eat as much as I did! When discussing the past with people, my mark in time was always I was XXX weight then. It was truly sad. It's great to be in a better place, isn't it???

Yes, I often mix and match. That is what I was suggesting really. The trick is to mack it work but not grow overconfident. I know this to my cost... struggling a bit at present, although I am still within my maintenance range.

Monica...I can so relate to " I was xxx weight when xxx was happening"... I know how much I weighed in many important phases of my life... Marriage, graduation, after giving birth twice etc...it is really sad how I let food and weight control me, well no more!!! dagnabit I am in control now !!!!!

Cindy, thanks for the advice... I will definitely try 4:3 first and see if that is what I want to do ... Mixing and matching plans is a good idea for me... I won't get bored then I'm just a little nervous about too many UDs in a row...silly probably... i guess thats what maintainance is about, figuring out what works for you . Which is what I need to do...you are doing fantastic!!!

135.6 this morning.,, I'm staying stable and not bouncing as much now ... did you guys find the bounces got smaller the less you had to lose?

I'm no where near maintenance, so I can't answer that. MY WEIGHT loss is always slow, but it is mainly because of ME!

Thanks Monica and Marika !! I don't think you have far to go to be in maintainance Monica...7 pounds if I read right...I am happy to have a plan this time. We are heading to Cayman in October, and this will be the first time in a long while that I am not panick dieting beforehand, trying to lose 10-20 pounds so I can fit into clothes I want to wear...it is such a nice feeling just to know that I don't ever have to diet again...just do the rotations and things will work out as they should. I feel EMPOWERED!! I honestly cant believe JUDDD works this well...its hard to fathom really. I looooooove JUDDD

Well, to be honest....I will be thrilled to FINALLY get to 164 (if I don't get sloppy again), but my ultimate goal would be in the 150's. You know, FIRST I need to get to 164 and stay there. Closest I have come is 166! Then I get sloppy and lazy! BOOHOO!!

You are definitely doing great. Keep it up girl!

I have been honestly doing 4:3 for almost two weeks now, and I am at 137.2 this morning. I have been bouncing a little but pretty stable...My calories have been about 1600/400 ish, MWF DDs and TTSS UDs, and its been working well, up about 1.6 pounds from the low. I really like eating this way so far and cant see myself changing things for awhile. I love how I can eat anything in my calorie perameters... No limits or excluded foods for me

Hope you are doing well Monica...haven't been around for awhile because not much to write about...

Hi Marika!! That's what I did, just stuck to it and it does come off , its awesome how you only watch what you eat half the time...love that!!! Glad you are back at it!!

I head for Cayman on Thursday!!!! I am sooooo excited, tried on my size 6 shorts this morning, they fit but are a little snug...I did them up w no problem though!!!! A little muffin sits on top but WHO CARES????

I lost this thread the last month!!!! Now that I found it it's great to see how everyone is doing!! I have been staying on LC but will doing Juddd again soon.I really believe in it!! I just had to switch things up a bit and get outside walking!!! That finally got me over the plateau sooo far!! I still have 10 lbs to go for my goal but I could never do it without all of you LCF!!Ihave been watching my grandaughters more and as I said trying to exercise but I try to get on here a few times a day and it is such motivation!!

Hi Wendy and Monica....I'm baaaaaaaaack!!

Gained a few pounds but I am already on the downswing with those I am 138.8 this morning. Not bad for a week of not really watching what I was eating (or drinking...) Cayman was AWESOME!! No rain whatsoever and HOT HOT HOT!!!!! It felt like 45 degrees C everyday I kinda wish I lived there all the time But no luck...I am back to 4:3 and feeling great !! Love JUDDD!

How is everything with you guys?

OH Kim! So glad you enjoyed yourself! Living LIFE is what JUDDD is all about.

Here things are good. I have fixed rotations, so like you, it is 4:3. Thus far my weight is hanging steady. Not sure how this weekend will go.....Time will tell!
