Thanks Marika and Monica!!! I know if I keep on JUDDDing I will get smaller, but right now I am very happy at this size So...we shall see what happens. UD today...not sure what I am going to eat but I think I will take my kids out for a nice supper tonight...DH is away till Wednesday night.

It is Friday and I weighed in at 138.2 this morning...I have a few pounds to go to my goal, then I am going to maintain w LC 5:2. I am absolutely happy, this is the first time in a long while that I am not stressing about the lake or what to wear outside...I wish I would have done this 10 yrs ago. Thanks JUDDD Budds for all the support Love you guys !!

Hi Marika and Carly!!!!

Nothing new...still doing set day rotations...very LC on DDs and 20-25 carbs UDs...still 138.2 this morning...2.2 to go till goal...I feel TOM looming so I will see after that's done about weight...I will not worry about fluctuations and bounces until TOM is GONZO. So....that's all. DDs are a piece of cake now, was doing 500 cals but now bc of LC appetite suppression I can go really low...usually 250-300 later in the day. I feel rested and happy, always on an even keel moodwise...this is the perfect WOE for me

I am on holidays this week coming up. I am excited to not be working...YAY!!

No plans...just doing stuff around the house and yard...just not "at work" this week My family and I got away to the city and stayed in a hotel for 2 days...went to West Edmonton mall and took the kids to the waterpark and to Fort Edmonton ...It was a lot of fun I have been doing low carb w rotations and I was 139.6 this morning...but TOM still has to appear (today probably)...so I am battling w that. I still did rotations while away so yay for me The one thing I did crave soooooo badly but I was strong and didn't have was.......a CINNABON. OMG I wanted one...but I did not have one and I feel so much better for being strong

Thanks Monica I am now at the end of 7 weeks...it feels like habit now. Or is it 8 weeks? I'm not even sure...anyway, I feel great!!!!! UD today and this past week I didn't really lose anything, but that doesn't matter. I am pretty happy where I am, and if it takes awhile to lose the last few, I'm good with it.

You are so close to goal. I'm excited for you. I'm in the same boat with overdue TOM looming. I wish it would just get here already! I lose really well for the first 10-14 days after TOM. I bet you will slide right by goal when TOM passes. WTG on passing up the cinnabon.

Hi everyone!! I just returned from holidays this evening...and weighed. I am up 4 pounds to 141.4 this evening...I tried to do rotations but I fell by the wayside more than one day, I had a DD today and I am back at 'er. I think that the weight will come off easily and I will continue on. I did not stay LC at all so I think a lot of the weight gained was water, so I will monitor calories again and not worry a ton about LC...see how things look in a week. My totals are 1630 and 325 ish...today I had a 460 calorie day so I am feeling good about that. I am also planning to do EOD for two weeks and see how that goes.

Welcome back, Kim! Hope you had a good time. I am sure that 4 lb will be gone with 2 rotations. It is probably water weight, as you said.

Hi Marika and Monica!! I know this extra weight will be gone soon...because this morning I weighed and was 140 on the nose I love JUDDD...today I had an UD and came in at 1600 ish calories...I am going to go walk on the treadmill and drink some more water...

140.2 this morning...means that tomorrow I should be down even more ...had an UD yesterday and ate to 1680 cals...that's my high number, plus I walked on the treadmill for 30 mins at an incline (I don't count that tho)...Today I'm planning on 2 atkins shakes -300 and a chicken noodle soup -185============= 485 cals today I might have a SF jello tonight for a snack

136.8 this morning!!!!! JUDDD is sooooo amazing I get to have an UD today...yesterdays DD was kind of hard...after dinner I was starving...not sure why, and I had eaten 430 cals including dinner. So I ate a SF jello w ff cool whip (20) and a granola bar (140)...around 600 cals. Not bad I know...and I was down more this morning I think when I am really hungry a whoosh is coming. And...I did not give in too badly 100 cals...pfft...

So...I am going to totally enjoy this UD I am not hungry at the moment so I am skipping breakfast and eating out for lunch today w my kids I am going to have what I want...and I'm excited Whoever said a few rotations gets you right back on track is so right

Hi Marika...thanks for the support!!! I am close

Monica...last time I did JUDDD I had no plan really, and I fell off the wagon big time. This time I think I'm going to keep going w my rotations for awhile...do nothing different really, to really entrench myself in JUDDD. I like how I feel on this plan I think though, that my maintainance will be 5:2. I'm going to do DDs Sunday and Wednesday. If I don't want to lose anymore then 5:2 seems to be the way to go. And...if I gain I know EOD rotations will get me back to where I need to be

137.0 this morning...I did have a PreTom bounce... Oh well ...

So this morning I was 136.6...soooooo close to goal, I'm pretty much there. I am going to start w 5:2 in a few weeks, but I'm going to keep rotations for now. I am loving how all my clothes fit and I feel so in control of my eating, plus if I do have a night or weekend of going overboard, I know I can get back into routine easily, and not lose control. I feel...at peace.
