Doing it AGAIN!!
Hello all!

My name is Krystle. I am a 26 year old mother to 3 little boys. You would think as much running around as I do I would be paper thin...not so much!!

I came across a diet plan in June 2007 and it went great! I went from 283- 204 in a matter of months and I felt amazing! In December 2007 I found out I was pregnant with our 3rd child and it just all fell apart from there. I put on 85lbs through my pregnancy and it has just stuck around and added more pounds since.

I am weighing in at my highest weight EVER! I am not happy about it and I have to make the change. I have been making excuses as to why I could not stick to a diet for more then a week and I am just over feeling disgusted with myself! NO MORE SELF PITY PARTIES! I honestly can't believe I used my husband being deployed as an excuse. I could have lost so much weight with him deployed and not home enabling me.

I am so ready to get this journey started again and hope I can find some people to keep me motivated along the way! :help:

So far today has been successful as far as food goes. My husband made bacon and egg whites for breakfast. Bacon has always been hard to give up. We have even went the bacon turkey but since we moved I can not find the turkey bacon we like. My husband is being supportive and actually going to give this woe a try. Ever since he hurt his back in iraq he has put on weight since he has not been able to exercise like he use to. We are going to plan out meals with what we have and then go to the grocery store tomorrow. My biggest struggle right now is that I just started working over night. (11-7) I am up for all 3 meals during the day and I do get a little hungry at night. Does anyone have any suggestions? Maybe I should take a hard boiled egg or an atkins shake?
