You SHOULD be proud of yourself! That is really great losses, and you're allowing your body to adjust to its new size and shape by losing too fast. None of us wants to hear that, or have it be slow. But honestly, I really do believe it's better in the long run.

I am the same I was Friday morning ... 193

Friday wasn't a great DD. Can't even really call it a DD. I have been struggling the last week or so but I am glad I have been at least in control. And I haven't just thrown the program out the window. And by that I have managed to maintain.

And I have been walking! Which is a good start for me.

Yesterday I did 4.3 miles. This morning I am setting out for 3 miles before I have to get ready for the wedding. After the 3 this morning I should be about 10/50 in for the month.

Tomorrow will be a good DD!! I will be sure of it.

Woo! I did 3.5 miles before the wedding this morning and then I came home and just did 3.25 before dinner!

Look at you girl! You are on a roll! I was hoping to be back walking by now, but my foot is causing me major issues. I have an appointment for the DR tomorrow at 3:00. It is time to get a professional opinion on the issue!

Monica, whats going on with your foot? Hope all is well!

So far I am at 13.72 miles for May.

Hoping to get in 3.5 today to bring me to just over 17. Walking is addicting. You forget until you get back into it! Week days are harder for me but I am going to try to get through it!

I was at 194 today but that is only 1 up and I havent had a legit DD since Wednesday. Yesterday I had two beers, bbq and some wedding cake. So that is okay. I think itll be gone tomorrow. Maybe ill be 192 tomorrow?!? That would be awesome. Going for a perfect DD today. I can do it!

About to head out for a lunchtime walk with the pup! If I can get two miles in now I may be able to get closer to 5 miles in total for the day after my walk tonight!

It is fun with her around! One of the reasons I wanted a dog to begin with was to force myself to be more active and so far it has worked so thats good!

So excited about your journal! Woo woo! We are going to get these pounds off. I just know it!

Did 1.5 miles with Milly at the park. Aiming for 3 tonight.

I had a 220 calorie tuna lunch pack thing. I didn't really need to eat anything,but I did anyway.. I gotta get better at that. I have been on a tuna kick lately. Its just so easy and quick. But I am not going over 600 calories today so I will be kicking myself in the butt tonight for that. Maybe I will have a cottage cheese (90 cal) later this afternoon (because now I am created the monster and know I will be hungry later on at work) and then ill have 280 left for after work. Maybe I will do some more tuna minus the crackers plus a hard boiled egg (~190) and a cup of soup (100 cal). Sounds like a fine night to me! Its good to have a plan!

Well months ago I thought it was Plantar facitis and now I am thinking I have developed a heck of a heel spur with it. Not sure, I had a heel spur/PF on my right foot 4 years ago, but this hurts much worse. Before winter, I was walking 5 miles a day 5 days a week. Friday I walked just 2 miles and on Saturday I could barely walk at all! Not sure what is up. I may have misdiagnosed myself. Hoping the DR will help me out tomorrow.

Weight was only back down .3 so meh! Going to stay in control today and have a bang out DD tomorrow and hope for something good on Thursday!

Total Miles for May so far: 18.34

Will probably only do about 2 miles today. I have a busy days and my legs need a little rest too!

I had decided to not walk today. In fact I had a horrible day and I just wanted to go home and get in bed and have a Girls marathon.

A friend asked me to dinner and I forced myself to go and came home and went on a walk even! So yay for that!

Been pretty busy busy. Thursday I took a break from my walking then yesterday I didn't get home till late late and it was storming so I wasn't able to go for a walk.

And then the this morning the whoooosh fairy came to visit! Thursday I was 192. Yesterday morning I was 193.8 and this morning, this morning I am 189.6!!!



Holy moly. I can't believe it. 180s? Really? I don't want to bounce out of this. Going for a big walk today and eating really good on this UD.

Haven't done any walking since Thursday due to a mixture of bad weather, being busy and a little bit of laziness mixed in there too.

Weight is up. Not up up but above 190 again. I am okay with that. I am still down and the last two days have been UDs for me. I have been doing MWF fasts for hte last couple months and that seems to work for me. I may just stick with that even if it means a little slower losing. Saturday I usually have looser day and sunday I try to eat a little tighter. I need to perfect my three DDs during the week if this is what I am going to stick to.

191 today. Which is three down from Monday last week. SO that is OKAY by me. I would like to be 190 at WW on Wednesday. We will see. Going for a super tight DD today and 5 miles walking! Hoping to get 1-2 at lunch and will do the rest after work.

How are yall doing?

I think you're right, if you are pretty careful on your DDs during the week, you can probably get away with weekends off. Slower losses mean more fat and less muscle lost anyway, so it's the way to go.

Thanks ladies. Its more about the routine of doing it that way than anything else. If the week had an even amount of days I could do 50/50 but its hard for me having a different schedule every week. That is why I think MWF and medium day on Sunday is good for me. I always know when I will have a DD and a UD that way.

I have done two miles so far walking so now I should be able to get in at least three at home later on! DD is great so far. No nibbles no snacks. nothing. woo.
