Had a horrid DD yesterday and exceptected yet weight to be the same. Almost didn't weigh but juddd pleasantly surprised me today.

I have to go to dinner tonight for my friends birthday tonight so I can't do a DD redo. But I am going to do a medium day to make up for it.

Sounds like a plan CMB. Or you could just UD it today and start fresh tomorrow.

Happy happy happy. Haven't been the best low carber the past couple days but happy with what I am doing.

How's LC going for you carol? When do you restart rotations?

Wow, you're doing great! It's just great to get to "see" you shrinking!

LC has been fantastic for me. I think I'm going to miss being able to eat larger portions of this stuff, but I'm mentally ready to go back to JUDDD on Tuesday, 4/1. I want to start losing again!

This weekend was a disaster. Well no, Friday was the real disaster. I had an awful day and I escaped to eating. I haven't felt that out of control in a long time. Saturday was better but not good. Today was better again but not the best.

Picking myself up and getting back to it tomorrow. I've weighed and it could be a lot worse.

I'm upset I let myself get to that place on Friday but I am okay.

I truly did not deserve to see that number on the scale today. Friday, like I said last night, was a disaster. Work got the best of me and I went out of control in a way I haven't in a long time. Even though now looking back it was not nearly as bad as I would have been way back when. It was bad for the current me. It made me feel so awful.

Saturday I still ate like crap but I didn't eat as much and yesterday I ate a lot healthier things but still probably ate more than I should have.

I expected to see 199 on the scale this morning honestly. Not going to mess this chance up. Going to have a SERIOUSLY GOOD dd.

Today has been much better so far. Thanks ladies!

About 300 calories in for the day so far. Going to try to go on a walk if I can get out of work at a reasonable time and then have some soup for dinner and call it a night.

WOO! I am doing this. I love JUDDD. Last night I was really hungry. Probably because of my binges this weekend. But still I noticed that I wasn't craving bad foods. I was craving healthier food. I was all like

This weekend is the last of my big events for a while. Thank goodness. The wedding. Gotta get a plan together for it. I don't think it will be too bad because I will be too busy to eat much and shes doing wedding cheesecake, not wedding cake. Not interested haha

Hope you ladies are doing great this week also.

First DD back today Carol?

Wedding cheesecake - what a great idea! I'm glad you're not interested though, for your sake.

Yep, first DD back for me today. I'm a little nervous, but mostly ready to hit it again.

WTG on your weigh-in!

195.7 this morning.

Wondering what my WW weight will be today. I weigh more there than I do at home. I was 198 there last week (which was one pound down for two week time frame that included my vacation/birthday and all that). I would like to see 196 there and lock that in but I am not sure I will.

Will update once I have weighed!

You my ladies are the best! Without you sticking around here it would probably be a lot harder for me to stay accountable!

We are all doing so well!

Today has been so busy. First chance I have had to even sit down for a minute and take a break from work. Those days are nice on DDs though. I needed to go look for a rehearsal dinner dress on lunch today and I didnt make it out. Tomorrow hopefully.

Big things coming up for me! Tuesday I am getting my hair done. Doing something different. Really excited. I haven't changed my hair in almost 10 years. My two styles were long and longer. One time I did get bangs about 5 years ago but other than that nothing! I haven't put any color in my hair since I was 17. I think I am going to go for an ombre look to try something new without having to do something high maintenance. Really excited. Wanted to do it before my trip but decided it would be best to wait till after the wedding.

And best news of all, Milly is finally coming home on April 12th!! Wooooooo!

I have been so busy that it hasn't been that difficult but in the last couple days I have been missing her terribly. I just can't wait to see her.

I can't sleep and with the wedding weekend almost here I can't help but reflect on the goals I made for myself. And I found my Weight Watchers weigh in booklets from 2007/2008 when I lost 100 pounds. It was a little depressing to see that this time 2008 I was less than I am now and in July of 2008 I was my lowest weight of all time in my adult life, 166 (only was that low for a week).

When I returned to the forum, 10 weeks ago today, my goal was to be 190 for my vacation and for the wedding. I am about 195 and I have only lost about 5 pounds in those 10 weeks. An average of .5 pounds a week. In a way that feels a little discouraging. Half a pound a week? meh.

At that rate it will take me until the end of the year to get back to 175 (the weight I was stable at for years).

I can't be unhappy with that loss though. In those 10 weeks I had a breakup, spent about 6 days snowed in, my grandfather passed away, I went out of town for a friend's birthday weekend, went out of town for a friend's bachelorette weekend, had my own birthday and went out of town for 8 days, and have had numerous other slip ups for no good reason along the way. When I put down in writing my last 10 weeks it makes it a lot easier to swallow. JUDDD has been pretty effortless for me over the last 10 weeks. I haven't tried all that hard. When I needed a day off just because or needed the weekend off to celebrate with friends I took it. I haven't exercised at all. I am actually quite proud of myself (except for the not working out bit, ha).

I need to stop getting in the mindset of creating goals that I know will be hard to keep to. Sometimes they are totally unattainable and sometimes they are achievable but would just require more effort than I have to give at the time (like this last time). When I do that I end up going back the other way.

That doesn't mean I am going to settle for .5 pounds a week and coast on through. Now that the bulk of the craziness is over I need to step it up a notch.

My expectation is to lose one pound a week. My goal is to lose 5 pounds a month or 1.25 per week.

What do I need to do to get there? Well, I have to start exercising. I am going to try to ease into it. Beginning on Monday I am committing myself to 2 Pure Barre classes and 2 solid hours of cardio for the week.

Also, I am going to start tracking my DDs. I want to eventually get to tracking my UDs also, but I am going to start small. I have hardly counted anything since I got back into JUDDD and its worked for me but I know if I count it will help some too. I know when I overdo a UD but I am not the best at guestimating a DD.

My goal for April is to be below 190 on May 1st. I am going to break this up into small goals. Just 5 pounds. One month. I can do this.

1. You have had a lot going on, and considering all that, you have done FABULOUSLY to even lose at all. Big win, girl. Own that.

2. Losing it slowly is so much better. We all know it. We've heard it eight thousand times our whole life. But we want it faster. In all reality, you've probably lost much more fat and much less muscle at this slower rate, which is what we all want in the end.

3. You have thought it through and have a plan for going forward. Most people never do that. They just jump into some diet or another but don't focus on it as a major goal.

You, my friend, have got this. I can feel it.

Oh yeah. Milleeeeeeeeeee! Yay!

I weighed this morning and my weight was up a scary amount.

I didn't eat much. I was drinking for two nights so hopefully it is water weight? I just don't get it. Its worst than when I came back from Dominican. Pray tomorrow is better.

The wedding was AMAZING and so beautiful. I am still in denial that my friend won't be returning here after her honeymoon though. Going to miss her a lot but will have to visit really soon.

Heading out to Pure Barre now. Crossing fingers for a better weigh in tomorrow.

I'm so glad the wedding was wonderful. I know, having a friend move away is so hard!

That weigh-in is pure party leftover. It'll disappear right away, once you're back on plan. Plus, you wouldn't have traded any of that celebration, would you?

JUDDD is going good for me. I've raised my calories quite a lot, and am down 2.5 pounds from day 1, so I'll just keep on playing around until I find my sweet spot again. For a change, I'm in no hurry and just want to have this be liveable and nourish my body. Strange mental turnaround, but I like it!

Have a wonderful day! What's the Millie countdown now?

Weight isn't budging but yes totally worth it.

Yes she is moving. She left sunday morning for her honeymoon and flies back to Houston. So Saturday night was goodbye.

Already planning a trip to see her though.

Trying to do a very low cal fast today. We will see.

OH and i got my hair done last night will post pics.

After

I LOVE it!

Girls, seriously..

Yesterday morning I was 198.6.

This morning I am 193.6!!!

I did weigh last night and I was at like 195 and couldn't believe it. Almost 4 pounds down in like 12 hours during the day time. So needless to say, this morning I was really blown away! SO thrilled. So so thrilled.
