Better than I expected after my day filled with eating yesterday but still meh! I am just glad I am not 200.

Still stuck but going to work really hard at a DD today. About to go get on the treadmill for a workout also. Gotta get rid of this gain!

I am so ready for the snow and ice to melt and things to go back to normal!

Don't get discouraged CMB! There is something about the Onederland mark that seems like we all hover around it, go above, back below, etc. for awhile before it sticks and start going steadily downward. It made me crazy for awhile. Totally mental, but it passes. You are doing this!

So far so good today.

I got some good news. In the fall I applied to be a franchisee of a Pure Barre. I wasn't invited for an interview and that really bummed me out.

Today after getting home from a walk with the pup I hesitantly picked up a call from a number I didn't recognize. It was PB!

They said the reason they didn't move forward before was because none of my markets were available but now they are looking to move into one of them and would like me to come interview.

Now I don't know if this is going to work out. But Im really excited about at least the prospect of it. If nothing else it will be a great motivation to work hard at my diet and workouts to prepare for my interview. I haven't been going to PB in several months since I moved and the closest one is about 30 miles but I will be making the trek during February to prepare.

This morning I was at 198.3 so that made me really really happy. Still a pound over what I was the other day but I am comfortable with the bounce now that it is heading int he right direction again.

Yesterdays DD was far from perfect in fact it was more of a MD than a DD but it was worlds better than the DD before.

Today I am attempting to return to work. Wish me luck! I also have an appt to go look at this darling condo that I just fell in love with (in love with the pictures at least).

Some of you know i was house hunting several months back but I got burnt out and quit because there was so little out there. I was still browsing the internet here and there when I found this small little condo in the perfect neighborhood. Even though I want a house I think this condo could be a great investment. Its at a great price and the location is literally perfectly ideal right. Its an older building with 12 units and it just has so much charm and the price is great! So I hope I can get to the appointment!

ughhhhh...

An offer was put in this morning on the condo. I think I am going to still put in an offer this afternoon but it doesn't look good.

I havent had anything to eat today and really this should be a UD. I don't have much of an appetite though...

Down .3 after a UD. Not bad.

Feeling a bit under the weather this morning with a sore throat. Hoping it goes away and doesn't turn into full blown sickness. We will see.

Already dreading this DD and it is only 10am. I want to eat. Trying to be really good today so that I can have some drinks tomorrow during super bowl..

Will try to take Milly on a walk and get a real workout in.

My HRM is still away at Polar being repaired. I do so much better when I have it. It really motivates me.

Today I was ecstatic to wake up and find my weight to be 197.1! Lower than my pre snow weight.

Yesterday wasn't the best DD once again. I was depressed because of this condo I lost out on. Even though it wasn't a perfect juddd day, I still feel like I am continuing to get better and better at this. Also just because I mess up doesn't mean I fall off the wagon completely.

Its feeling more and more like a lifestyle that I am making work for me and less of a diet. I like that feeling a lot.

a couple days under 6 weeks until I head to the DR and still 7 pounds to lose. I think I can do it.

You can totally lose those 7 pounds in that amount of time. I'd be surprised if you don't lose more than that!

Sorry about losing out on the condo. It must mean there's something better out there for you.

It has just been one of those weeks.

Monday felt like it should have been Friday. I have felt as if I was coming down with something all week and work has been an absolute nightmare.

On top of that I returned to Barre on Tuesday to start preparing for my interview a the end of the week. I could hardly walk yesterday. I was in so much pain. JUDDDing this week has been practically non existent and when I weighed this morning I was back to 200. Hopefully I leap back down quick.

Today was a fairly good DD. I still can't fathom how I am up 3 pounds. I wouldn't even say my eating this week was bad. It just wasnt JUDDD. Frustrating.

I'm excited for this Barre opportunity for you! We have them here in town, but all the way across town, so I've never been. But I would love to.

Don't worry about eating today....you need to! Monica is absolutely right. Stick with rotations and trust JUDDD. If I took my own advice I'd be doing a lot better right about now. But I know it DOES work!

Thanks for the support ladies. I am frustrated about my setback but it does make me feel more confident this time around that I am going to be better at this in the long run. Before I would have complexly quit at this point after a setback.

Only .2 up after my UD yesterday. Crossing my fingers for a really good DD today. About to head to pure barre and then to run some errands and I have an appt this afternoon to look at some condos. So hopefully it won't be too bad since I have a busy day.

I found and fell in love with a new condo today. This time it is my dream place. There isn't one thing i would change about it. Well except the price. The last time I was heart broken over was really just an incredible deal for the location. it was tiny tiny tiny though and not completely ideal.

Have to figure out if I can afford it. I really really want to be able to. We will see.

I can't sleep and just weighed (at 2am) and I was back down to 197. Don't want to get my hopes up on that either.

Tomorrow I get to eat. I want a biscuit but I can't decide if I should allow it... hmmm. DR will be here before I know it. 5 weeks I think.

Finally back down to 197! Lets hope I can keep it down.

Not a lot to report today.

Didn't make it back out to see my condo. Had some family things going on and also didn't make it to PB. I did get on the treadmill for 30 minutes and hope to get in 30 more minutes before bed.

I want to focus on tracking what I am doing this week. I have been pretty loose just trying to keep with my rotations and I think I feel comfortable tightening up a little bit.

My grandfather passed away this morning. Its a DD and I already want to start stuffing my face.

Thank you both. It is very bittersweet. He has been sick for a couple years now and has had no quality of life. It almost felt selfish to wish for him to continue on living. I know he is in a happier place and with my grandmother, that passed away 28 years ago, I hope.

We have been snowed/iced in since Tuesday morning. The funeral was originally scheduled for tomorrow (Friday) but has been moved to Saturday to be on the safe side.

Being stuck inside has also made me want to eat just like last time. I am back up to 199 this morning. Today has been better than the past two days as far as eating so hopefully I will get rid of it quickly.

The past month I have been far from perfect. Even though I have some serious goals that require me to be as close to perfect as possible I still feel glad knowing that despite the hiccups I have been pretty good about picking up after a couple bad days and getting back on track. Maybe I won't reach my goals (The first one for the wedding being most important) but I still feel proud of myself otherwise.

I have a good feeling about this year!
