DD was good yesterday woo!

Weight this morning is 190.0. Today is my brothers birthday so we will be going out to dinner tonight. Good thing it's an UD!

Have a doctors appt around lunch time so not sure when I'll make it to walk. But hopefully I can find some time somewhere.

I have been really busy this week!

Dinner out for my brothers bday was nice! I wasn't up yesterday which was also nice. Today, following a DD, I am up though. Not much so I am not too worried.

I was down 1.8 at WW yesterday so that was good following mothers day, and my brothers bday!

This weekend I am doing NOTHING and I am so excited about that!


I will be gone the following two weekends and also may be going to europe in two weeks for work! That was just thrown on me yesterday so its exciting but also overwhelming on such short notice. I go to Denver the last weekend of May for work and would have to fly out of Denver to head over there if it ends up working out.

Do you have anything planned for the weekend?

OH where in Europe??? That is SUPER exciting!! Will you check out things in Denver? FOr if you want to move there?

Ours is a quiet weekend too. We are hosting a birthday party for my Friends Husband Saturday night. We are making all the food for it. We plan to grocery shop for that stuff tonight and work on prep tonight and tomorrow morning. I deep cleaned the bathrooms last night and my bedroom! So much so, I think I messed up my back. May need to see the chiro tonight.

Sunday, we have NOTHING! Except for church, that is it! NO Sunday school, so we can sleep in a full hour too! Not sure how we will function Sunday with nothing to do. Must find something though, it's a DD and too much time may wreak havoc!

Brussels and Amsterdam. Not sure it will work out on such late notice but we will see! I would have a couple days to play!

First walk since Monday. The weather has been yucky here again this week. So it's good I was so ahead of my goal. If I had been doing the minimum I would have never made it.

Only 2.06 so I'm at 30.8 for May. Hoping to get 10 in over the weekend.

I need to get some cleaning done this weekend too! We will see.

My weight sucked this morning. Trying to not get frustrated.

Just did 3.55. May total- 34.35. Will get in at least 2 more but hopefully more like 3 if the weather holds out.

Scale is still hating on me. But I am thinking POSITIVE about what it will bring for me tomorrow. Positive thoughts.

DD today has been pretty easy so far. Of course it is only noon. So we will see what happens.

Hoping to get in about 8 miles this week before Houston. That will put me at my goal for May but I am not planning to stop there! I will try to do at least one good walk while I am in Houston too. Then next week the same deal, 8 before Denver (will be a bit trickier as I will only have TWR to get it in). In denver I am planning on doing a good hike somewhere so that will be some more good mileage and May will end during that trip. So maybe I will end the month at around 65 miles ish. Going for 75 in June!

Ready for the warm weather to come back! It is too dang chilly!

While in Denver I do plan to look around as far as a move goes. We will see. There are a lot of things in play right now that make a move a little trickier. So if I do move it won't be until the start of 2015 probably as the outlook on those things at play will be clear by then to know if moving is a good idea. I know that makes no sense but its probably best not to post those things on a public forum!

Weight is finally making its way back down.

190.5 this morning. Not 189, but I knew 189.5 was a fluke the moment I saw it on the scale. 190.5 is good. It down a pound from last week and its progress. This 193 I was seeing on the scales the past couple days was not okay.

Yesterday was a pretty good DD. I only walked 1 mile (so 41.57 total). I will have to make up for that today but I just wasn't feeling the greatest yesterday. If I can get in 3 today that will just leave me with 2 tomorrow and 2 on thursday. That is more than doable.

Back home and had a great time. Getting back on track tomorrow. Weighed once while I was gone and it wasn't pretty and I wasn't even that bad. Surely itll come off quick and maybe her scale reads a little high. I hope at least.

Ughhh. I don't even know where to begin.

Last night i weighed at home after posting and I was 202. Yes. 202. Over 10 pounds heavier than I was when I left.

I was not really that bad at all.

I drank only two of the nights. And pretty lightly one of the two. My food wasn't great by any means but it wasn't horrible horrible either.

Even for water weight that seems like SO much.

I weighed this morning at I am down to about 196.5 so that is a little better. I am hoping tomorrow I get back down below 195 at least. Hopefully around 193. I can handle a couple pound gain, but this is just ridiculous. I couldn't believe it.

Today has been a good DD so far. Got a great nights sleep last night after nearly no sleep the night before (had to leave for the airport at 3am on Tuesday morning).

Also, I am way behind on my walking. I am going to end this month right at my goal after all and not much extra.As for my weight goal, it is not looking good so far. I was 193 at the beginning of May. Hoping that I can at least get back to 193 by months end at this point. I was 190 last week so it was looking promising. I am thinking 190 is the absolute best I will be able to get. And thats hoping this was almost entirely water weight and being really good the rest of the week. Maybe, just maybe.

Houston was loads of fun. My friend's house is adorable. She makes the most adorable little wife. They moved in their house just a little over a month ago and it feels like its been lived in for years. Love love love. Was sad to say goodbye but she will be back in Atlanta for fourth of July. So yay for that!

Denver is on Friday. Important that I get a great DD in today. Friday I probably won't be able to get in a perfect DD because I have a dinner to attend when I get into town but I should be able to fast until then.

Those extra pounds can't be anything but water weight, especially when they come off that quickly. Maybe 1 pound of gained fat from eating and drinking, which is easily dispatched. That's why I HATE the scale!

44.2 Miles for May so far.

Will do 2 tonight and at least 2 tomorrow. That leaves me with 1.8 to get done in Denver before Sunday. Shouldn't be hard at all. I should have been able to do well over my goal but I guess life happens.


In other news. I am down to 192.5 now! wooooo! almost back to where I was. Going to make my plan for Denver and staying on track and will post it later.
