ok. I sucked it up and weighed....it was HORRIBLE!!
But I have about 78 lbs to lose now....WOW that is a BIG number!

I started the C2k today.
I thought I would fly through it.
It was challenging but doable.
I had my kids out there with me.
They are 4, 7(8 in June), and 9 (10 in August).
I am going to look good by the end of the summer.:shake:

Ok, so we took another 1 mile walk.
So, I walked 2 miles today!
1 with c25k and 1 just walking.
It is 4 and I just ate lunch!
I really was not to hungry until then.
So, I still have dinner food to go!
I can do this.
I think my head is in the game this time.
The number on the scale did it for me this time.
Sadly, I guess that is what I needed.
I had not weighed in awhile because the battery was dead in the scale.
I would always forget to get the battery when I was at the store.
Had my husband pick it up.
I am so doing this.
Day 2 almost over.
Soon it will be easing saling!
I had the chicken with onions again today.
I love fried onions.
That is basically what I eat.
I spray the pan with non stick spray.
Put some chicken and onions in their.
Cook until done.
Put it on a bed of lettuce and enjoy!

oh my knees and feet hurt from doing the couch to 5k first day...i will keep on!
Maybe I need new shoes.
And I might try the track instead of the hills.

SO we went out of town to work. We were only suppose to be gone one day. We ended up being gone two. I did great eating but I didnt have my hcg pellets.
Today is VLCD 5 -4lbs.

I have lost 4.4 lbs now. TOM came today. Maybe that is why I have not lost much. I will keep going and helpfully will stop losing again!

I am so mad. I just want to lose this weight already but TOM had to get in the way! I stayed the same today. I guess that is better than gaining.

I wonder how long after TOM comes do I have to wait to start losing again?

Ok, so I have been to the bathroom a million times today. I knew I was getting rid of a lot of this water weight and I am hungry today. So, I weighed and the scale said I was down 5.8 lbs! I am so excited. I hope it is even more in the morning. I am staying with my weigh in I did this morning. Hopefully tomorrow will be even more!
My stomach has been really jello like and I remember from losing weight before and reading on here that jello jiggle feeling means getting ready to lose fat in that are....I hope I remember that right anyway!

I plan to stay on this as long as possible. As of right now I have 72 lbs more I want to lose. I hope to be close to goal by the end of the summer. I go back to work and my children go back to school Aug. 15. Since I am using the pellets I am going to stay on this as long as possible. I am losing good right now so hopefully I can stay on it until goal. We will see!

Well, you will have some company come June 10th! That is when I plan on starting a new round myself. Like I said, you are doing great!! No need to stop if you are doing so well. In a few weeks you may change your mind so be open about it. Those stalls are not fun, not fun at all.

Awesome! Stalls stink. I made it through it. I just have my head in it this time. Like i said the scale totally flipped me out! I have never been this weight...not even when pregnant!. I want to get under 200. My goal weight is 160. I dont need to be tiny. Once I get to 160 I may try for 150. We will see.

Sweetie--I sooo understand. I have not been this weight since AFTER my first round of hcg. Talk about disappointing and depressing. I had to go out and buy new shorts! The ones I have from last year don't fit or look too horrible right now. Even shirts don't fit quite right. Have to do something and since hcg is quickest and targets those stubborn fat pockets, it is THE way to go! Just wish I could get my bloodwork done sooner so I can start sooner.

oh yea...i understand. Maintaining is hard too!! I have to weigh myself everyday or the weight just creeps up. Just like it did this time. Didnt realize I was eating so much.
I was going to the ball games and eating fries.
Drive thrus and eating fries.
Eating 2 sandwhiches.
Candy bars and icecream chips.
Things I never use to eat.

I also worked this year. I was teaching at Head Start. There you eat with your children. They made the most fattening food ever. TONS of BUTTER!
I gained 10-15 lbs this last school year from eating there.
It was cheaper, faster, and their and served to you.
You could squeeze the utter out of the waffles, toast, pancakes, biscuits we ate in the morning. No sugar allowed so I guess they made up for that with butter.

I have been out of town since Saturday. I kept taking HCG but didnt follow the HCG diet. I didnt eat a ton and we worked a lot. I am pretty sure I didnt lose any weight but I am not giving up. I will weigh in the morning and see what it says. All I can do is do better tomorrow. I am home now so that will make it much easier!
i did good even though I didnt stay on the protocol.

VLCD 16 today! I have lost -7.2. Pretty good since I have been a little more rogue then I wanted. But when you are out of town or out working sometimes it happens. I will keep on keepin on!

Ok, so I did good eating today. Hopefully the scale will be down today. I resisted cupcakes and pizza. I took a bite of the pizza and spit it right out.

I keep forgetting to take my hcg 3 times a day. I wish I could just take it once a day. Injections are to much for me to buy at the moment.

I am with you there. I have been doing this for 3 years, but could it be 4 :stars::stars: Oh my!! I just need to KEEP the weight off. The hcg gets it off for sure, but my mind thinks "I can have that" and then "that" becomes "that + that + that ++++" and it gets out of hand. This time I hope to be better about P3/P4 ;)
