Yippee! A bit over 1.5 lbs gone of bloat weight.

scale was 201.2 this morning. Heading back toward my ONEderland number quickly. I am happy about that



today should be easy eating. didnt wake up with that killer hunger feeling which is a good thing. I like days that seem very easy going, food not on my mind, day proceeds in a cleaner eating manner. I think this will be that kind of day.

will post meals later and keeping it at 1500 cals and 20-40 nc today.

Brunch today, gonna eat now cause getting hungry. didn't want breakfast early but now I best eat before I get that 'tad of crazy' happening


1/4 cup Ragu sauce 70 cals 8 nc
3/4 cup 2% mozz. cheese 210 cals 3 nc
7 oz. sauteed chicken breast 300 cals 0 nc


totals: 580 cals and 11 nc

target for today is 1500 cals and 20-40 nc

been wanting italian taste so this will fit the bill

totals: 580 cals and 11 nc


add:

90 pieces semi-sweet chocolate chips
(yes I counted them out literally. it was ALOT of chocolate I was happy and it satisfied me big time.

210 calories and 27 NC



totals today: 790 calories 39 NC


so I gotta watch a bit of the carbs. won't go over 50 today. target was 40 but I know I can eat a few more easily and be ok.


dinner tonight will be simple. meat and veg. AT this point I am just not hungry.

very tired from my trip. everyone knows that 'yawn and drag' feeling when getting home from a longer trip away. it got me now LOL


doing well today. food not on my mind. just going thru the motions of finishing laundry, cleaned the pool to get that ready, other work I had to do. so all good today

200.2 on the scale this morning


Lost all my 6.2 lbs of bloat vacation weight in a few days. very happy about that.


Now time to hit ONEderland and keep on rolling down the scale.


Will post menu etc. later but target for today is 1500 calories and 30-40 NC.

tuna 120 cals 0 nc
2 tblsp mayo 200 cals 0 nc
10 saltine crackers 120 cals 20 nc

1 oz cashews 160 cals 8 nc

2 oz pork sausage 180 cals 0 nc

totals: 780 cals and 28 nc


doing well today. all going good. work to do.
dinner will be shrimp with broccoli in a bit of alfredo sauce. keeping me very low on cals for the day so few snacks tonight for sure

will be back later and post rest of the days foods

ate some shrimp for dinner

but stayed up very late and snacked out late last night.

up a bit on the scale. no big deal. will get rid of that today.


will post food later when I know what I will be attacking

with my trip I got off my rotation a bit. OK--back on track and starting to post today as a new start on plan after vacation.

so monday-thurs is 1500 cals and 20-40 nc
friday, sat, sun is 1700 cals and UP to 70 nc

So doing that today to get back in gear.



will be leaning more toward meat and eggs for monday-thurs. kinda like atkins. I wanna break a bit from heavier carbs. vacation kinda got me into that rut again and I don't want to go there


breakfast is 1 egg and 1 egg white, 1 cheese, 3 bacon 260 total cals and 1 nc



rainy, misty, icky kinda day. got a bunch of work done already and not sure what I want to do today. sick of the car and travelling hmm....off to find trouble LOL

lost internet and phone for 1.5 days. ticked me off. I love my phone and internet.
but it is back up and it best STAY up


scale is 199.5

not losing fast at all cause of all the 'little impromptu party times' that are showing up. summer. we do so much in summer and it is never a great schedule. eat on the fly, party on the fly, a beer too many, --well you know.

sticking to my plan ''within reason'' which is why the number isn't moving fast. my fault pure and simple.


but this week and over the next at least 10 days are MINE. nothing planned. quiet. easy going and nothing getting in my way of making my foods, tracking and all that.

so some good lbs. will be coming off.


will update foods later.

boy I sure want those 2s WAY FAR in the rear-view!! I so agree on that. If I can get away from them a bit I will feel like I am finally on the downhill slope toward goal.

loss of like .2 or .4 on the scale.

eh. it is down a bit and I will take that

today is easy day I think. not hungry at all this morning. got that calm feeling. bit of chores, laundry, deliver some work to a store and then I am laying in the sun on the porch and swimming.

I got myself a mess of chicken wings cooked up. I will be eating those and tonight I have a small pork roast. some veg and stuff thru the day. But today feels like one of those easily controlled days. I HOPE I get thru fine.

OK time to stay on top of this and track my food in this diary. when I don't I have a tendency to wing it and overeat a bit one day, eat way less the next day, then you know....anything is fair game

summer is so busy for us. just hard to commit to tracking each day BUT I WILL do it when I can and will commit to that!! leaving this weekend on 3 day vacation to the mountains, but I will bring food for the RV and eat good anyway, so not worried

todays food is:

450 cals 33 net carb fast food--bacon, egg, cheese biscuit

100 cals 9 net carb 4 piece frozen banana dipped in dark chocolate


doing well but have to keep a handle on carbs today. have to keep them under 60 nc so I will be very careful.

TARGET FOR TODAY

1600 calories. UP to 60 nc



all going well.

Have a great weekend Trigger! Sounds like fun. You did great on your last trip so I know you can do it. I have been very good about tracking the last couple of weeks. I guess it's like any other habit - you just need to get used to doing it for a while, then it becomes ingrained. It has helped me know what I am eating, but it hasn't really affected my weight loss, that's been about usual.

yea I agree Misti. It sure does have to become an ingrained habit. Not one I have mastered yet as routine. when gung-ho I did great. but with LIFE getting in the way and being busy I am waining.

Time now to track again. I do want a written list of what goes in the gut

I must say when I track I eat cleaner. Cause I see it written in front of my face. I need this accountability.

220 cals 22 net carb---I BOUGHT NEW LOW CARB ICE CREAM. well ya know I had to jump on one cup. UGH. But it was wonderful.

totals so far----770 cals. and 64 net carbs.


this is what I must watch. I ate the stupid breakfast sandwich BEFORE we ended up shopping and me buying the low carb ice cream. DARN. that is the kind of thing I hate. getting screwed by myself HAHA

I debated a million times not to eat that breakfast biscuit this morning but in the end just ordered it. I know this is the food I have got to eliminate. heavy morning carbs. that can't happen (much) anymore. those have to be severely limited.

ok----I hit my carb limit for the day.


tonight for dinner is big piece of grilled chicken, spoonful of pasta sauce smeared over it and melted mozz. cheese. my version of chick parm others are having ravioli in sauce with bread etc. NOT ME. time for control. simple as that.



so I am doing well. tracking food today has put it dead in my face that I have to watch the rest of the day. I like that actually. I know where I stand.

well, tomorrow is another day also and I will start the day off knowing I must watch, limit and control the morning better to leave options open for later.

OK---that lb. I lost the other day is back. Up 1 lb.

BLECK

pain in the butt. but it is ok.

I am getting a bit carby in my foods. Control on moderate carb is OK. But I know me and I can see the creep coming.

So plan of attack is back to lower carb for a few days. More strict. Which is fine by me cause I know eating VERY carb is easy for me mostly.


so meals are:

bacon and eggs for breakfast-----140 cals bacon, 140 cals 2 eggs, 140 cals 2 slices cheese about 4 nc total

sautee chicken with giant salad, bit of cheese for lunch --- 200 cals chicken, 50 cals salad, ranch 160 cals, 100 cals cheese about 7-8 nc

something on the grill tonight. not sure if beef or just stick with chicken and side dishes will be something like tons of broccoli/cauli or asparagus-----300 meat cals, 100 veg cals, 200 cals garlic butter about 4-6 nc depending on veg chosen

So staying away from heavier carbs for a few days. Lock in some loss and move forward as usual



Should put me in the 1600 range for calories and the 17-20 range for net carbs.

my usual very low carb day range.


ok--off to lose some weight
