Loading days: I ate anything I wanted and drank a lot of wine. Probably not the best idea! Ice cream, pizza, grilled cheese, etc. I will hope that I am well loaded and don't experience a lot of hunger.
I noticed that it is hard for me not to eat or drink anything for 30 minutes (ie 15 min before and 15 min after taking pellets) 3 times per day. This is a good eye opener for me at how OFTEN I am eating. Day one: HCG b: Coffee (5 c) s: Green tea and apple (120c) HCG l: 3 oz tuna in water (100c), 1 melba toast (20c), 1 c. cucumber (20c) s: Apple (120c) d: 3 oz chicken breast (140c), 1 melba toast (20c), 2 cups lettuce (plain) (25c). HCG total: 570c Hunger as of 10 am is a 7. Definitely noticeable and a bit uncomfortable. Going to eat my apple.

S: Melba Toast (20) S: Melba Toast (20) S: 5 Strawberries (30) - does that seem low? L: 7 Large Shrimp (80), 1 c. cucumber (20) D: Apple (120), radishes (20), chicken (140) Total: 450 I also will go to the gym today for a light workout. |

I calculate that this set me back 6lbs. (2 I gained, the 2 lbs I would have those in those 2 days and the 2 lbs I would have lost in these next 2 days if I didn't have to relose the gained weight). Not a good choice! I've also extended my p2 since I now have to do 21 days from yesterday to do the leptin reset properly. But - what's done is done. Back on plan today (with more hunger): b: melba toast, black coffee s: apple and one ff turkey link l: 1/2 cucumber, one ff turkey link s: strawberries d: 3 oz chicken breast, salad. I am going to go to the gym today too. |

Well as I wrote last weekend, I totally fell off the bus at a wedding and just struggled getting back on.
I am restarting officially today. Looking at this as a whole new round. I know that I cannot cheat now. VLCD1: 175.7 bfast - coffee snack - apple lunch - cottage cheese and veggies snack - apple dinner - chicken and veggies Anyway- I'm back. Hello all |
