That Juddder Rosey 2

We spend most of our lives not caring much about our weight and what we eat, then one day we realize we fall under the obese society and spend most of our adult life trying to make ourselves smaller, then we spend the rest trying to keep ourselves small.

Its day 1 of Juddd for me. I have had almost 400calories so far. Everything I planned to eat today I wont eat because I got so hungry by 2:30 I ate anything I could find. I knew I had to eat only upto 400 cals. I feel full now and food is no longer on my mind. The night is coming, I know I consume more than I need at night and tonight, its me and green tea, Than cant be nice. Well, I can always eat tomorrow
That's the attitude I am willing to have this entire month. I am hoping in time I will be able to make healthier choices instead of just calories.

Day 2 UP Day

So yesterday I got home. And I knew I only had 70 calories remaining. You think I stuck with it? No. I ate breakfast, Lunch and supper in a space of 3 hours. From 6 till 9pm Yes im laughing at myself, because I was so hyped up. But then tomorrow what i will do is, I will eat Supper only and I will prepare it tonight so that I dont grab anything. Think I will pay a visit to DD day food Porn

Well I have nothing to say about Day 2 UP day because its a stress free day, had Carrot cake for breakfast, couscous and chicken stir-fry for lunch. And I'm full, Happy tummy Happy Mummy

Rosey, give yourself time to figure out your DD's. It is definitely a PROCESS. You can do this. You will find some go to foods that help you survive the day.

Not that it will work for you but my go to items are:

cottage cheese
stir fry veggies (sometime with slaw)
salad with 1/4 cup cottage cheese, grape tomato, salsa 85c
in season, sliced tomatoes with cottage cheese
egg stir fry

Check out the JUDDD forum for more go to options.

YOU can do this.
