Yeah, I'm okay - thanks

I was finding that I'm too hungry and lightheaded on HCG plus I never really believed the hype about hcg doing anything, to be honest. Just hoping to try it out, get into ketosis and lose something quick to get me kickstarted.

Back to LC for me, I think, with some of the things that I learned from HCG and Dr. B - mainly SMALL portions. I think that sticking to LC but paying attention to my hunger and stopping when satisfied, eating when I need to as long as I'm choosing LC foods should be a great way to go about things. Especially now that we're heading into summer and all the grilling!!

I did Fat Fast for 4 days while taking HCG and lost...3.4 lbs in the 4 days. Went out to dinner and a show tonight, so might see a bounce up in the morning, but that's okay, it will come off eventually.

I've been watching a lot of documentaries and researching for optimal health and I'm going with a juice fast for 10 days, maybe longer depending on how I feel.

I watched the movie Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead so I'm using his Mean Green juice as the base as well as making juices up as I go along. Keeping greens as the majority of my ingredients however.

Today I had a Mean Green (kale, cucumber, celery, lemon, ginger, green apple) for breakfast, a strawberry-cucumber-lemon for lunch and then a kale, lemon, green apple, carrot, broccoli juice for dinner.

I'm thinking something with beet and cinnamon for my evening 'snack'.
