So I read the thread, really cool, and you have found something that works... amazing, you might have some followers soon wanting to know what you are eating lol....anyway well done Judy you finally got out of those 140's lol...so would you say its eating protein with your carbs that is making this work or would you say its more keeping your carbs really low.....I am maintaining and taking a break at the moment, I just find losing weight so interesting though lol.

Carol thanks a lot it means a lot comeing from you. You have been so helpful thru all this.

Sandy I really don't know what is happening. You really don't drop that many days in a row with JUDDD. I have been trying to pair protein and carbs together when I can. The days I gave as example just now are not paired hardly at all. Other days I do better. The carbs are 20 to 30 or less on down days and up as high as 80 one day. So I am not sure what is going on. But when I dropped the next day I said just stay where you are for another day and see what happens when I did I dropped after a up day which I have never done. Now today I may have screwed it up because I had a few pretzels while we were shopping. Over my DD number. So I will not see that number again tomorrow.

WE had fun shopping. I bought a 6 7 and 3 pairs of 8 jeans. A skirt and a Med. shirt.

I can now fit in to size jeans. When I got home I tried all on. All fit except the 6 and 7 jeans. Got a lot of other things too. Well I better get off here. I have had a bad headache all day and it is really pounding behind my right eye now that I am on the computer. See all tomorrow.

Thanks Judy, you are an inspiration to everyone, I keep having this urge to give Judd another go, as I lost fairly slowly when I was on it last time, and I want to stick at 145 to 150 for now as I feel great at this weight, I am 5ft 5 and a half though which is why I think I look fairly thinnish at this weight, anyway you have given me lots to think about, hope you have another great day today and hope your headache is better.

Thanks girls. As I just told Susan on her site. I got sick after that head ace. I think my eletrolites got messed up some how. So I got real sick last night. I finally thought of the lites and ran and got Gator aid out of the fridge and drank a big one then my tummy was real sick to I ate bread with peanutbutter on it to settle tummy. It all worked by bed time but then my numbers was way off for the day but I don't care I would rather do that then have the eletrolites messed up. I had took Ibprofine for the headace and I don't know if that bothered me or what. It stopped the headace but then every thing else happened. Any how I went up to 140 for the night before so I did mess my numbers up but I am ok this morning and that is all that is important to me.

Going to clean house and mow and weedeat and weed pull later. Going to eat my peach bread pudding for breakfast for now. Bye

Sounds awful Judy, there is nothing worse in the world then throwing up, poor you it sounds like you had a horrible evening, good to hear you are right as rain this morning and off to clean and garden, sometimes you have to ignore the scales when you get sick as I don't think it gives a proper reading, hope you stayed feeling well today....peach bread pudding, you make the most lovely things, wish I was your neighbour lol.

Judy that sounds delicious, I have just read it twice and it sounds awesome, can I be a bug and ask where you get Bobs low carb baking mix, is it from this site or online somewhere, I am actually going to buy some low carb recipe books this week so it would be great to try out different things without putting to many pounds on, thanks for posting the recipe, I am going to write it out so I don't lose it, thank you so much Judy, sending you huge hugs.

Sandy, I just looked on our site and they have it. I get mine in Dayton Ohio at a store but you can order it here in the new products review site. It is 2 sites before weight loss Journal. go to netrition . com then go to search for Bob's Red Mill Low Carb Baking Mix. I just brought it up so they do have it. I forgot to look for the price for you. You can use any lowcarb baking mix. I just usually use his. All his products are good that I have tried. Atkins has one too which is what I was to use but I don't have any. I figure I like this one so why not stay with it. I may try theirs the next time maybe.

Susan you bake it in a pie pan. It is so simple. And you get 1/4 of the pie. It kind of reminds you of crustless Quich. Love to all. Judy

I didn't know Bob's Red Mill had a low carb baking mix. I'll have to look for it at the store. What is the carb count in it?

Judy - do you count carbs? or just calories on JUDD?

I'm so glad you're feeling better! That sounds awful. When a headache makes you sick, it's just miserable. Glad you figured out what to do to resolve it all.

That peach bread pudding actually sounds good. I'm NOT a fan of bread pudding at all. I have texture issues and anything mushy (oatmeal, bread pudding, any pudding with "stuff" in it like tapioca or rice.....can't do it). But I love peaches and peach cobbler. I wonder if I'd like it. I may have to try.

I'm glad you're not stressing about your weight bouncing after your headache and sick spell. It'll all balance out and I'll bet start going down again. How great about all those new jeans!

Yes Smalls send the sun please. Its been cloudy here for 3 days with a little sun. It finally dryed my yard out enough to run the mower orver it with a little mud stripes in the back. Went to the nurseing home mon. night and mowed and trimed till dark last night. Going to rest tonight. Numbers since sick 140.4 141 140.4 140.4 I am tickled to death with that. I am ready to drop again I hope. No big bounce so that is great.

Talk tonight. Work is calling and I have a wet head HEHEHE!!! Oh Sandy I cant't remember the carb count. Mine is in a canster now. If you look on the site it might say. I want to say 9 but can't remember. I bought this a while back and empty it in the canister. If I think of it I will look the next time I see it. I can find it at Meijers and Krogers which is Piggley wiggley down south.

Thanks for all the well wishes.

Hey Judy! You must be doing summer school or camp runs this summer. Thanks for the compliments on my pics. I cut lots of peonies, iris and roses yesterday before the storms rolled in. So I have several bouquets in the house to enjoy.

I really need to cut my calories severely to drop some weight. Thinking canned tuna and lettuce will be a staple for me next week.

Never mind Carol I just sent that to you and when it posted all of a sudden the quick reply box came back. Sorry I bothered you. I did not understand what was going on. I thought maybe you guys were tired of me. HEHEhE!!

What I was getting on to say was hi to all. I do mowing for the schools in the summer. And that I am at 138 today.

Can I ask for a prayer please. I have to pass my Physical tomorrow. If I do not pass I can not work next year. They have lowered the bloodpreasure number and I have high bloodpreasure so I don't know if I can pass because every time I go I go up from worry.
Also I am afraid I won't read good enough to pass. Please pray that I pass everything on this test at !PM tomorrow. Thanks for every one who prays. I don't want to retire yet.
