Well it is Wed. and after a 100 cal 6 carb day yesterday I went from 145.5 to 143.5 But I got a gut feeling it is just going to bounce back to the first number again or higher. I just got that feeling It has went 146 , 143.5,144.2,143.1,145.5,143.5 ? Oh well its got to drop soon. I went to my last 4 hour class for diabetes last night. It is all very interesting. I have tested my self several times so far and all good numbers so far. I don't think I have hit pre diabetes so far. Doctor thought I would be there soon. The diet has to be helping. I will find out when ever he does the 3 month test again.

Judy hang in there with the weight thing, you never know the number might stick or close to it.....I have been the same for three days and am only eating 4 carbs a day....its very frustraiting ....but eventually something has to give lol....you are doing really well so far.
You are really good going to all of those classes, I used to know someone who had diabetes and didn't go, crazy....so good for you taking the time to learn all you can, but it sounds like you have scared it away with your eating lol.

Yea Judy hang in there... I know with JUDDD your weight bounces so much, but then will still continue on the down ward move...

Oh Yea! 142.2 this morning! It is about time I hit it again.

Thanks for all the comments about the big D. I hope my eating is chaseing it away.

I have to get a party together for my sister this weekend bake a cake get presents mow the grass clean house cook all the food and have fun some time. HEHEHE!!!

My numbers for Thur 200Cals 6 carbs and weight 144.2

Fri. 1497 Cals. 54 carbs. Weight 142.2

I felt so bad I forgot to post it last night.

Thanks Sandy I am off to go shopping for everything and to see if I can get some meds. for my allergys . These trees and flowers are driving my head crazy. I have had it since I mowed last sat. Now I have had to do it again today and I am bad so I guess I will wear a breathing mask while I mow today. It is in the 50's here but getting warmer next week.

Weight this morning 143.1 A good bounce after a up day sandy. See you later.

Allergies sound awful Judy, what a good idea to wear a breathing mask lol....hope you find something that will help relieve it from the drug store, I guess it must be a bit like having a cold all the time....sending you a hug....have a great weekend.

Hey girls, work all done, shopping all done. So tired I could drop. Just watched the Kentucky Derby. To bad I did not bet on it. My horse won I picked.

Sisters party is at LoneStar Steak house tomorrow. She loves to get her kids cakes at a bakery that is very well known around here so I snuck into town and bought her first one for her self. We usually have home made so this is a real treat.

Well I must confess after shopping yesterday I found these big strawberries. I had 3 before I went to bed last night and am up .2 this morning so I would say the strawberries are the reason why. They were ate after I posted. Oh well they were well worth it. They were so great.

We are going to a steakhouse today and having cake also so today is a bigger worrier. I have not been there in almost 2 years so I hope I don't go crazy.

Hey every body sorry I have not been on for about 48 hours but my laptop would not let me get threw to this site. It just kept coming up can not view this page? To night it came right up. Go figure.

Party was great. Had ribs small salad with blue cheesedressing, small roll with butter, steamed Broc. and very small piece of cake. I am sitting at 143 right now. 142when I went so I did all right.

I did blow it the last 2 days and really don't know why. Yesterday I did not count hi day at all and today I have went up to 700 for DD. It is appreciation week and they keep handing us stuff like yesterday it was a giant choc covered strawberry. Today it was a marshmellow half covered in chocolate on a stick Mon. it was a mini loaf of cin. bread. I gave the bread away except for a bite. Ate the rest. Who knows what tomorrow is. Non food I hope.

I walked 30 min. both days to counter act the sugar. I also did that Sunday and dropped my sugar from 163 to 85 after walking. So that helped.

Just went to the eye Doctor. First time meeting these two. New ones. All is ok . Reading was down but he said it might just be due to allergies.

That all the news this way. 82 and sunny. I am going out to mow. See all of you later

Morning Judy,

good job on taking the walk, I do the same thing should I eat the wrong foods. It makes me feel so much better and kind of takes the guilt away a bit.. I try and get 2 miles in each night, even with the 90 degree weather.. Love to sweat a bit...

Hi everybody, I just got home at 9pm from work. I have 2 more days like this. Thanks for all the kind words. I got m&m's today. Did not eat them they are in the fridge at work. Yea for me. Weight is still 144.2 but it is no wonder with sugar the last 3 days.

Oh M&Ms are so wonderful! I always think it should be easy to limit portions, because they're so little and you can really savor each one. Yeah right. Handfuls at a time. Whatever! Good for you for resisting!

Walking really is magical, isn't it? I'm glad you're getting some good results from it.
