I love fried rice! But, I would rather have an intimate encounter with some Egg Foo Young!!! That would give me a very big "Food ******" !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have never had it but I feel like I ate half of the Buffett out last night. I have a very bad headace which I am sure came from carbs. Believe you me it is not worth it. I am going to fix coffee and get some pills. Good Luck today.

Judy,

Thanks for your post.. It's nice to have others who are doing this with me.. My boyfriend just lives on liquid protein drinks and that is how he is keeping his weight under control. I cannot have any artifical sugars, gives me real bad headaces.. And most if not all of the liquid drinks have them in them.. But I rather eat food any how!!!!

Hi Jeanne I love how you guys are living. That is a neat idea. I use to have land in crystal River but due to divorce I lost it. I truly loved the area. I miss going down.

Here is a crock pot recipe 1- 3-lb. boneless pork loin
salt and pepper
1 (32. oz.) jar sauerkraut drained.
1 1/2 teaspoon caraway seeds
1 1/2 cups ( 6oz.) Swiss cheese, shredded

REmove fat and silver skin from pork.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place in cooker and add 1/2 cup water. Cover and Cook on low 4 hours. Remove meat and discard liquid.

Combine remaining ing. Add all but 1 cup to slow cooker. Add pork and spoon remaining mixture over top of meat. Cover cook on low 1-2 hours or until meats reaches 140 degrees. It should be tender at this point and not over cooked.

Per 4 oz. serving 367 Cal. 19 fat 40 Pro. 1g sug. 7 carb. 5 Fib. Net carb 2

Sorry girls I have that bad headace and am trying to come down with something. I was up all night long. 6 times feeling worse each time. I have been trying to do the wash and sit quietly to see if the pills I took would ease the head any. Been up since 7 but moveing in slow motion.

Weight loss March 22 151.7 Cals. 887 Carbs 21 treadmill today.

March 23 149.3


I am going to read Susans and Jeanne's site then get off for awhile. My eyes are hurting where I had surgery in them. This is not good. Very painful. See all of you tonight or latter if I get better.

Really hope you aren't coming down with something Judy...you need to have a nice gentle relaxing day today....and I agree the laptop screen will make it worse, a nice cool cloth on your head and veg out and watch something nice on tv, poor you...sending you some gentle hugs.
Incredible loss today....do you think that might not be helping....have you any stock cubes aka bullion cubes, something soothing like chicken broth might help, I read it helps to put minerals back in your body...although I am sure you had this headache starting yesterday, I can't go back and check now I have written this...I am lazy....anyway just take care of yourself....talk to you later....hugs....

Hi girls, Yes this headace was here yesterday and I got it to go away but then when I walked on treadmill it started to come back. I went to bed at 9 because of it last night and 1 hour later I woke up with it twice as bad. It is a little better right now. So I am trying to get back on for a few min.

Thanks Carol I need all the help I can get. I can't afford to get sick now. I have vit. c b12 and Multi one too in me. Plus did some other stuff. Hope you are doing great. Hows the weather there? Hope your lowcarbing is going great.

Jeanne thanks so much. I hope your 2nd day is going great. Mine is. That is one thing I can say for me sickness does not stop me from eating or being hungry.

Sandy Thanks for checking on me. It means a lot. My sister surprised me and bought me a big diet coke over to make me better. I usually do that for her because she gets these headaces all the time. So if she is too sick to get out I go and get one because I know she doesn't keep much in the house and she likes a fountain pop every day. So she caught me in my night gown at almost lunch time with no combed hair. What a site.

Oh by the way Sandy I made your muffin today and loved it. I can see it being good with cream cheese or a little pb on it. Very filling. Thanks so much for the recipe. I know I will live on these for awhile. I am making broccoli quiche for supper. Got the recipe from Linda's low carb site. All her recipes are great. When I have it that is it for the day. Oh I forgot to tell you yesterday Have you seen Joseph's flax oat bran and whole wheat pita bread. 50 cal. and 4 net carbs I just found them at walmart in front of the deli case on a little stand. I heat mine in a dry pan just till warm on both sides as I keep them in the fridge. Then I put tuna salad or Turkey and cheese On top and enjoy. Then I don't feel like I am missing any thing. I had one with my big salad last night just plain and It was very filling.

My stats for today is cals. 953 and carbs. 18 and no treadmill tonight takeing it easy on the head today.

Judy - I am sorry you are feeling bad. I very rarely get headaches, but when I do I don't like it at all. I hope you are feeling better. Do you have high blood pressure? Thinking the treadmill may increase your BP. Feel better!

Hi girls I have to make this short and sweet and get back in bed. I had to call off work today. I think this is the first one this year. 4 am way to sick all night. chills , fever, bad headace behind surgery area. Coughing and water pouring out eyes. I tried to get up at 9am did not work so here it is 1:45 pm and I am trying again for a few min.

I will post the totals tonight. weight is march 22 cals 887 carbs 21 weight 151,7

March 23 cals.953 Carbs.18 weight 149.3

March 24 cals. Carbs. weight 145.1

Judy - please call your doctor! My sister had surgery for her glacoma and she is still having trouble after several years. It runs in our family. My pressure is good thank the lord! Don't put off seeing your eye doctor!

Hi every body, I am in the living again. Still not well have it in the chest and head real bad. Yes I do have high blood pressure but it is Ok now. Not causeing the headaces. I can walk now with out running into the walls. Head ace is gone. now it is acting like I have a chest cold. Hope to make it to work tomorrow. I do have appt. with eye doctor. I could not stand sun light.

My final stats. after readjusting for popcorn is.

Cals 640 carbs 18 weight 145.1 but bet it goes up after what I have been thru today.

Thanks for all the prayers and hugs. I sure needed them. Got to try to pull car in garage. 2 ins. of snow coming today. I hope I will be much better tomorrow.

So glad you are on the mend, hope you are ok for work today, its cool you are seeing your eye doctor, I have heard of glaucoma but don't know to much about it, I am sure I have read you can lose your sight though so its great that they were able to do surgery and sort you out.....whatever nasty germ you just had fingers crossed its on it way out now and hope you don't come down with a nasty cold....
your stats looked great....looking forward to your weigh in.....

Hi every one. I made it to work but am dragging butt home. So tired I could drop. I am better but not good yet. My weight is 144.6 My stats for today is Cals 810 carbs 16 No snow just flurrys. I hope you did not get it susan. I am going to read how everybody did today then kick back in my easy chair. Carol and Monica Thanks for wishing well. Hope you both are doing fine.
