Hey girls if we all got hh and all did it at the same time just think how warm we could make it. It would probably melt all this darn snow. I measured 5 here. The man across the street who runs a car business just came over and helped plow the driveway. He said it was too hard today for me to lift. We have snow ice snow ice and snow on right now. I had to pound the yard stick several times to get it to go all the way down. The town about 4 miles away got 6.2 in. My eye from 1st surgery is hurting a little so glad I did not have to do all the drive way. I only had to do about 1/3 which took about an hour. That is almost the time it takes to do all of it on a normal snow.

Take care every one. Stay warm and cozy.

Ok Carol, I can not breath and it is all your fallt. I went to wally world and found guess what? You guessed it. Now I have did it for 5 min. and I can not breath. I also found the whole show of Downton Abbey. So my son gave me a 100Dollar card for Christmas so I got the movie that's 1-2-3 plus the hoop and 2 -4packs of protin drinks and a box of atkins bars with my card. So my hoop only cost me 2 dollars and 34 cents. Not bad. Now if it don't kill me I will be ok. Oh by the way I also got on the bike for 15 min. for the first time in a very long time. I had a sling put in about 5 years and had to go back in a couple of years to repair it so I gave up using it as it hurts very badly when you get off the bike. I am going to try and see if I can start again.

Thanks Lola You want to join in the fun. We are trying to heat up the earth with hula hoops to melt all this snow and make the temps go up. I tried to do may part. Come on warm air where are you? I also did a great DD today. I will break my fingers if I touch any thing else tonight. I may have to drive the bus with my toes if I don't win this battle tonight. HEHEHE!!!

You're doing great, Judy! Yes, the hoop is kind of hard when you first start. It sounds like you got a regular one, not the weighted kind, am I right? Just from the price you quoted. But it's still fantastic exercise, and quite a challenge! Hope you made it through the rest of your DD w/o having to break any fingers!

Hi all you lovely ladies,

The weather was 10 below this morning. We went to school all day can you believe it. It felt good to have a normal day. I have been home about an hour and I am still freezing .

Sandy so nice of you to drop in. Come in any time and join in. I always love to hear what all the girls are doing. Welcome

Carol No it is the one you told me about from Gold's gymn. It cost 19.95 but I had used my walmart gift card to pay for all the stuff and only went over by a couple of dollars and change. It weights 2 1/2 lbs. Oh by the way do you have any aldies food stores. I just seen a 2 1/2 lb. one for 9.99 there. I had to work for another girl last night till late so I did not get to try again. I am going to do 10 min. as soon as I get off here. Yes I had a perfect DD,UP, andDD today. I got my fingers crossed for tomorrow morning.

To day is a no snow day Monica but we get more Sat. and Sun. Not much maybe an inch.
I have a trip for tomorrow so that better be all.

Hope all of you fine ladys lost some weight today. I am going to make a cup of coffee to get warm while I read some more. Talk to you tomorrow if the hula hoop don't kill me first.

Oh, I'm glad you got that one! No, we don't have Aldi's here, but I remember them from Missouri. It would be great if you could exchange yours for that price and have more fun spending at Walmart!

Have a wonderful weekend!

Oh Carol we do think alike. I thought the same thing. HEHEHE!!! But as soon as I got done on here last night I made my self get it out and did 10 min. I think it got so warm from me doing it I melted some snow on the front porch by the door. Smile, I love it.

Lola if you stick around here I am liable to get you in trouble. I don't behave well let me warn you in advance. Come on in any time. Just don't say I did not warn you. Like I tell my aids on my bus. You don't have to be crazy to drive my run but it sure does help. I drive special needs kids. Well my High School are very few but they are all nuttier then me. They are all the time trying to do something to me while I drive. They are always telling me silly things, or calling me a mans name or singing me crazy songs. Then I have the ele. that are really wild. So It helps for me to be crazy that way they don't get to me so to speak. I wouldn't trade a one tho.

I am back to 145 this morning after 2 great DD and One counted strict up day. Not going to say much don't want to Jinks my self. I think I may have got it right this time. I am going to keep doing this and see if I am in that magic area he talks about. I thought I had it figured out 2 weeks ago but started going up again. I am going to keep this under wraps for a couple of more DD to see.

I am just 7 oz. from lowest weight. If I see 143 this week I have hit my Jan. goal . Two weeks late but I did not know I was going to stall out 2 times since Christmas just because I was trying too hard. Usually its because I blow it from eating too much. I will tell you what I have tweaked if I see 143.

Well It is Sunday and I worked until 8 last night. So by the time I got home and took a hot bath I did not get back on here. Made a big mistake yesterday. I bought a chickfila sandwich at the trip. They smelled so good and I was thinking they were grilled. Nope!! I had never got one at a game so I thought they were grilled but they were breaded. So you know me I had to eat it any way just the way it was. When I got home I was so hungery I ate 1/2 an Atkins bar. When I tallied up the day I was almost 300 over. Big mistake. Scales up to 147 but I know they go up on up days anyway so I am not going to panic.

Guess WWWWWWWhat. You guessed it . The white stuff is comeing down as we speek. The road is covered again. And the driveway too! Oh Fudge!!!!

You will just have to call it a blip day lol, that is so sad that it came with breadcrumbs, it reminded me of something I brought a few weeks ago, some lovely steak on sale, but when I went to cook it..it kind of fell apart and it was ground beef shaped into steak lol...I was so mad, but ate it anyway and it was lovely, its horrible to be mislead though isn't it, even though they didn't really mislead you...but honestly how could you not eat it when you were really hungry....so a blip day lol, you will see those scales go down again tomorrow.
My hubby would love some snow if you could send some over....but anyway stay safe, snow and freezing rain are scary things to drive on....
Hope you have a good day...after you have shovelled the driveway lol, kidding.

Sandy if you hubby wants snow I will gladly box it all up for him. The only problem will be the high postage. There is a lot of snow. In some parking lots there are mounds of snow almost 2 times higher then the car. We have had enough for 2 years. When I was clearing the drive for 1hour and 10 min. I kept dreaming of your supper. HEHEHE!!! That kept me going. I was dreaming how warm it would be. Comphy food like mac and cheese. I also dream of potpie or chili. Any thing warm to keep your mind off the below 0 winds.

I just saw you stats. I started at 166 and am now 145-7 depending on what day it is. We are close. Hope you felt a lot better.

I just got on to tell Carol that I made it with the hula hoop 30 min. I had to promise my self a very small bite of and Atkins bar if I could make it 30 min. You see I had ate my limit for a DD so that kept me going. I figure I worked that bite off.

Sending greetings, love and good thoughts your way, Windy. And counting my blessings that I don't have piles of snow 2 cars high around here. You take care, girl, and be mighty careful out on those roads.

Wow that is an amazing amount of snow in those parking lots lol, and it sounds like you had to clear your driveway today as well, it is totally brilliant exercise though as long as you don't pull your back, I don't like snow much though so I can't say I miss it, but you will soon be in spring, does it get really hot where you live in the summer.
I can't wait to be at the weight you are at right now, 147 I haven't seen that in a few years, you must feel amazing, your stats say you have been doing this since April last year, so do you think I am looking at the same amount of time, although I do know we all lose differently.
By the way dinner was to die for, the meat ended up being not lamb chunks but ground lamb, and it was so tasty, I could actually eat it again, I totally love this way of eating, anyway sorry for the ramble lol....stay warm.

Hi Judy! So cool on all you guys hula hooping! You have started a lowcarbfriends exercise phenomenon.

One grandson home from school with queasy stomach. I am hoping that is as bad as it gets.

About six inches of snow yesterday afternoon here in Eastern Washington. Today it is melting fast. Forecast is for more rain or snow this afternoon. One bus from school district here had a slide off on one of the back roads. Everyone was fine though. Sure appreciate the job you bus drivers do, Judy!

I will be struggling a bit wanting to 'nervous' eat today not being at home. I have been doing careful low carb back on plan for a week today. Lost enough ounces each day to add up to two pounds, but today I was back at my week ago starting weight. I need to shake my diet Pepsi addiction and drink more water. Knowing that and doing it are two different things.

Well, better go check on the queasy stomach boy.

Onward and weight downward all you lowcarbfriends hula hoopers.

Joni
