Your meals look a lot like mine. Every day I eat celery, peppers, cheese, a few pea pods, sprouts, an egg...etc, repeat lol

Yep I have a lot of repitition, especially brekfast. I try to mix it up just enough to keep from burning out. But you are gonna see the same things over and over.

I have only lost 9 lbs. But I can see a difference by pictures. Number 1 and Number 3 were taken 03/21. #2 and #4 were taken today 05/21

New Low 282.4 Food 5/22/13

I hit a new low 282.4. I hadn't lost anything since 04/25. So it was nice to see movement. Here is food for 05/22/13.

I hit a new low 279.6

Right now I'm going through a "whoosh phase" so the scale keeps moving down. I'm on plan with no problems. But photos aren't happening right now because of working so much. If I were working nights it wouldn't be a problem but days there is just no time for pictures. Anyway I'm doing good.

Tomorrow is the last day of a miserable 6 day stretch at work. I haven't done great and I haven't fallen off the wagon. I just have to get through tomorrow and I can get focused again.

Still no camera. I'm going to plan through Thursday. I went off the skids today and I need to restart. So here we go.

Doing Good

I haven't had any loss and I'm ok with that. I stuck to my plan and ate everything pictured. I am only uploading on picture. But I plan on eating the same thing 4 nights straight. The more I keep it simple the more success I'll have.

Getting Back In Focus

I have been off the rails for 2 weeks and I have to come back on the wagon. I have to do this by journaling and planning. Taking pictures right now doesn't appeal to me. So I have to start writing.

Steak medallion with green beans

baconbit, a very belated "Hi there!"

I am trying to refocus. This weekend I've planned my food. I'll have egg/Canadian bacon combos for brek with cream in my coffee. Then baked chicken and beef brisket, cheese for small meals through the day. Each stack in the picture is a days food minus brek and supper. Supper will be baked fish or baked chicken or a peeled burger. The baggies in the picture contain Cocoanut oil. I'm experimenting with this to kill hunger and to up my fat content.

Day 2 Doing Good

I feel really good. I have stayed on plan. My stats for yesterday was 17 carbs, 88 grams protein, 94 grams fat. I have been putting 3 tsps. of ACV in a 1/2 gallon of water. I can already tell a big difference. Today my stats were 15 carbs, 67 grams protein, and 122 grams fat.
